Tried to return several items within the 30 day limit and requested return labels. I never received the needed labels. My emails showing my concerns were never addressed in any way. Zero communication from company.I would appreciate the company reviewing my concerns and working with me to return several items.
Somehow my order got all screwed up! Took me 2 mos. To receive! Somehow I ended up paying $19 shipping and then another $10 shipping!?!?!
I ordered a sweater with gold threads, & did not receive that. The sweater did not look at all like the picture. The threads were of a loose knit & very poor quality, Not worth the money. I am not sending it back because then I would have to pay more money for postage.
Absolutely love the top. I like the pants to but the waist band is to small. It definitely isn't a 16 to 18. I really like them so will have them altered. I like the quality. The website was easy to navigate, the prices are reasonable, and the shirts are very pretty. Nor sure I call them "sweatshirts". I think of sweatshirts to be heavier. There are like comfy long-sleeve t-shirts. But, very nice.
Shopping was easy...when order arrives will see what the quality is like, cause if it's crap it will be returned. Quality of buttons on shirt are very poor. I love the shirt so will replace the buttons myself.

I received the wrong size but curve agreed to replace it with the right size. All I had to do was pay for shipping. I was very happy and received my package with the right size that fit. Overall I was very satisfied with how the company worked with me to resolve this issue. I would recommend shopping here. Honest and good quality clothing.
The dress was too small so I had to exchange it for a size larger. I have not received it yet and am hoping it will fit. The sizes run small. They should let the customers know that, so they will order accordingly.
Bought the black cropped leggings & the V neck top with the uneven hem, the material is stiff & again does not look like your advert which shows you can see light through the material at sleeve end. Mine is solid stiff material
The shorts I ordered do not fit and I wanted to return but customer service said to tell them more about why I want to return. They said they were sending me info on returning but I don't have an address or anything
The shorts l ordered are too short for me! I wanted an address to return them -- or send me the butterfly button down shirt xl,instead of returning the shorts! What ever l will not wear these shorts!y legs are too long for them!
2nd Pants were ordered as small but the length is more like for a person at least 5' 6". I will have to give them to a charity and would appreciate a refund. I am 91 years old, 5 foot 2 inches and weigh 115. He tops were perfect and I especially love the black vest jacket.

2nd order very happy with first order
I liked the picture of the sweater i purchased but it did not say what the material was. It came and the first material was acrylic which pills badly. I wanted to return it but had to go through an email. No return information came with the package. Will not order from you again.
I never received a confirmation email on my order. It did not go into spam. I could only confirm that it went through after receiving a communication from Paypal. When the order arrived, it was missing an item. I emailed the company and the next day was told that the item was out of stock. There was no communication included with the order. I had to be proactive to find this out and request a refund.
The Shirt I really wanted was out of stock. I had to email customer service to be told it was sold out.
The company did not notify me, which they should have.
Shipping time was Not Up to Expectations. I didn't know it was comings from China!
I threw them away... Felt so stupid that I believed they would look like the picture. I have a very average body, leg circumference and they were more like a flimsy pajama pant. More nylon than typical legging and VERY wide. Especially at the bottom. So they did not look at all like the picture. Thank you
Long time receiving order. I got order one day and NEXT day received the same order again. Waited until charge card bill and YES I was charged for both orders! I have 2 orders and can't wear either.

Dress was way too big. Not a midi as advertised hit the top of my feet. No info on way to return.
I never received an order confirmation or receipt. I had no idea when to expect my product or when it was shipped. I needed an option to contact curve dream about my purchase but could not find any contact information.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
