I returned 3 blouses that didn't fit and quite frankly very cheaply made - after several back and forth I finally got a return address which they won't pay for - sent it all back in the original packaging, put in the copy of my order with a bar code and sent it back in a very timely manner - I even sent them a copy of the tracking number as requested and they received it on April 28th at 12:54p - I have not gotten my refund owed me as we speak - I email them daily and I hear nothing! These companies are horrible to deal with that use American type names but really they are all overseas! Please be careful - I hope this company and many others like this get shut down! It's horrible what they are doing! If they had a zero star I would have used it - they don't deserve any stars!
The sweatshirts were delivered sooner than expected which was a plus. However, even ordering a size larger than I usually wear the sweatshirts were still too small. The sizing is not accurate. Also they were not true sweatshirts, the material was a silky fabric which was a little more dressy and not my style.
The sweatshirts were very nicely made and if they fit I would have worn them anyway because I did like the colors. Just be mindful of the sizing.
All the clothes were way too big. When trying to return they said I needed a different return address and I have to pay for shipping. I've asked several times for the return address but have not received a response.
Do not buy from this site.
They entice you with pictures of cute clothes but then send you something else and when you want to return it, you're told they will give you $7 back and that YOU are responsible for the return shipping--which I'm sure is China! Beware!
Cheap, horrible, unflattering and a complete waste of money. Do not buy these clothes, it is not worth the time it would take to ship them back. Completely awful.
Trying to return tips I ordered and I only have an email address and they offered me $15 to keep hem even though I already paid almost $50 for them. And I am still waiting on an response with the return address to use. Very frustrating!
2 of 3 dresses too small. Took a bit of looking around to check on returns. In the end, took a small amount of money as credit and kept the 2 dresses that were way too small. Will consider return policy if I ever order again.
First shipment got lost. I still have not received my order. I am very unhappy with this Company.
I have items to return…no response…it's been days no number. To call.there was no order receipt. No customer service…felt like a scam. Still can not talk to a real person. Would love to support. But a little iffy
I am slightly disappointed with most of my purchases, they look better in the photos than they actually are. I was expecting the jackets to be of better quality and although I noticed that every item's sizing is different and I had ordered based on my measurements I found that some of the items run small. As I am a larger lady it is disappointing as it is to find clothes on the site which I like only to find that they only go up to a size 16. My choice is limited on what will fit me.
I am hoping that the clothes look as good as shown and will fit me.
Happy to get them. Nice shorts, great length.Not exactly like I thought but I do like them, especially that they came! A little nervous I was about receiving them from an unfamiliar source but they even arrived faster than I expected.
I would like to return all three items. I am disappointed in the way they fit. I have not, nowhere been able to find anything or anywhere I can return these items. Please assist, as I spent a lot of money on these tops not to be able to return when they don't fit. Thank you
I want to give back 4 pieces. Because they don't fit. Nobody is contacting me, I already sented 2 mails, they do not give me the chance to return some items. I am extremely disappointed. 2 items are really nice, I will keep them, but I will never order there again, because the service for sending back or change is extreme poor. So sorry
The day that I received my order, I sent a message that the shorts did not fit. It took a few days for a response & all I got was "what if we give you $6.00 credit". The shorts don't fit so I want to return them for a refund. I sent another message & again it took a few days for a response. This time I was offered $10.00 credit. A credit is not going to make them fit. I have not been given an address to return them to & keep getting the runaround! I just want to return them & get my $ back!
The product is very nice, and it fits well despite the fact that I normally having trouble with clothes I buy online. My only gripe would be that the shipping was days later than it predicted, so I couldn't wear it to the event I wanted. So if you're planning on buying it to wear to something, buy it at least a month ahead of time. Otherwise, the product itself is great.
I enjoy your website and the clothes are beautiful. Our shops here in the US do not offer such pretty things anymore. One thing I know about ordering clothes from overseas is that I need to upsize and even then, it may not fit. I was hoping your shop understood our plus sizes here in the US. My upper body is larger than my lower body so I always upsize tops. I have lost weight but still like my tops to fit loose and long. There is not enough fabric in the blouses and they were tight in the arms and bust and way too short. The delivery was quick and I was excited about that. The clothes are stunning but you need to be using more inches in the US plus sizes.
Terrible- I only received 2 of 4 items ordered, neither fit. The "wool" coat is not wool, it is polyester/cotton and states that on the inside label. It has been 2 months, and the missing items are no where to be seen. I canceled them but the whole charge is on my credit card.
I did not receive the glitter shirt that I had ordered. Instead they sent me a substitute that I was not happy with. The rest of my order was very nice and I liked the two other shirts very much. I wrote a previous letter advising of this situation and have had not response. I would greatly appreciate your looking into this matter as the glitter shirt that I ordered was the one I wanted most. Your reply will be greatly appreciated.
I never received ANYTHING to confirm my order even though I could log in and see my order & it's order #; I paid extra to receive it quickly; after about 2 weeks I reached out to curvedream to see where my order was; the response was that the dress I ordered was sold out. When were they going to let me know that? Most disappointed that I had to reach out to them to find out. The only positive was that my refund was issued fairly quickly.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
