I am so grateful for the customer service team. One item I ordered was out of stock so they worked with me to make another selection. I was also able to change the sizes on the other dresses that I had selected. I am glad that I made that change since the dresses fit very well. I would suggest to people to purchase the next size up from what you usually wear.
I have a wedding to go to the first week of July, so I searched for dresses online. I found a dress on CurveDream and purchased it on May 22 with a note that they would let me know when it shipped. I waited a week and didn't hear anything, so I logged into my account to track the order. The tracking indicated that my order was still being processed. I kept checking the tracking and it was never updated. After 3 weeks of waiting for the dress, with no communication from CurveDream, I emailed the company. It took several days to get a response, and the response said that the dress was now out of stock! The dress was obviously in stock at purchase. So, I waited 3 weeks for nothing, and still have to find a new dress! Fortunately, the company did refund my money, but I do not recommend using this company!
I don't think you would like to put my review on your site. I don't recall ordering this coat & it is definitely not something I would wear. I'm waiting for instructions on how to return this coat and get my refund!
Very disappointed with purchase. Long delivery wait, poor quality material, very thin material and sized very small. I ordered the blue dress for Easter and now I won't have a dress! I will be returning both dresses.
I ordered two tops, both 3X, and neither one fit. I would be generous to say one was a 1X, and the other was perhaps a 2X, but when 3X clothing from many place fits me fine, these were both very small for 3X.
I like the top and bottoms I have purchased. It would be helpful to know before purchase what material is for all clothing. It would make it easier to figure the difference in sizing for outside customers.
Was disappointed with the customer service. Don't get back to you quickly especially if it is a return. Try to make a deal with you, psy you a third of what you paid for clothes, and keep said clothes, then when you choose return with full refund, have to send them tracking and when they receive items IM suppose to tell them they arrived and ask for my money back. Which could take 7 days after that. This after 2 weeks of waiting for them to send me return address.
When asking for return instructions and address to return (as required), it took 3 separate emails before I was given instructions I was requesting to return. Meanwhile, I was being offered a 15 dollar, then a 20 dollar gift card to keep the item. Very shady.
Had issues with order and no one got back to me.

The clothes are smaller that they say and not the same material they write. I try to return some clothes still 2 weeks and it's very long to have an answer. When they answer, they dont give the address and offer me a little bit of money to keep the clothes. I refuse and i am still waiting for the address.
Although the clothes are cheap, that's expected given the prices. However, the clothes don't look anything like their pictures! In short, cheap, ugly designed clothes. They just hang on you like a square box.

I ordered 3 sweaters on 12/31/23. I waited for my order to arrive. On 1/11/24, I contacted the company re: my order. They made a label. I waited. Then I was told that I would receive 2 of the 3 sweaters, but it was unclear which two I would receive. One was a gift for my daughter's birthday on 1/24, which is tomorrow. I still haven't received my order or an updated status on it.
This was my my very first on line purchase, yes your read that right! I decided to keep my purchase to a pretty summer top and a pair of pants. The top is nothing like the website shows... a 'scalloped' bottom of the tank top is a miserable seamstress' attempt throughout the whole bottom - this top looks nothing like the picture. The size charts are not too accurate, as the pants even with an elastic waist slid right off me when i tried them on. I will NEVER purchase anything from CurveDream again!
One of the dresses was out of stock and I am supposed to get a refund for it. One of the other dresses wa too small and I have already contacted the service department to return it. I must run on the small side because thi others were mediums and they fit fine, but the one I'm returning is way too small.
I should have given them 5 stars but I had a little trouble at checkout. I closed the app and went back in and my items were still in my cart. Checkout went smoothly the second time.
I have ordered more items and all seems good so far.
The dress was too small in the bust, so unusable. They wanted me to choose another option rather than a return, but I was insistent on the return. There was a good personal connection with an agent of Curve Dream but the return of the cost of the dress was slow. I ended up paying shipping both ways.
I was to get free shipping because of the amount I bought and was charged for shipping. Was supposed to arrive within 6-12 Business days and when that time came and went I emailed. That is where I got told part of my order was not there and they would ship without it. Well after the 6-12 days stated. The jeans did not fit asked for a return address got asked to keep them for a six dollar refund. Asked for a return address again and got an offer of 11.00 to keep them. I took the offer and will give the jeans away and never order from them again.
Ordering was easy and convenient. Shipping was fast. Received the item and exactly as described.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.

Also, the sizes of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in the size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing the size. They are true measurements.
