I was excited to get this item...needless to say I was very disappointed. Top runs small and its also see thru. I wanted to return and having a difficult time. I guess I will eat it and be more cautious of ordering from new sites.
I got an email asking about receipt of order. I replied that I had not received my order and the next thing I get is a request for a review! I would very much like to receive my order or at least refund my money.
The jacket looked better on line than in person and I did not like the feel of the material. It cost me approx. $7 to have it shipped to me, and then $16 shipping to return it. I paid $22 for the privilege of trying it on. I find this so unacceptable in todays online experience.
Everything I have received from Curve Dream has been great quality and just as I imagined. The styles are beautiful.
I saw the loose shorts online and read all the information available before placing my order. They arrived in a fair amount of time, and I tried them on right away. I decided they were not what I was looking for. I read all the information on making a return, and followed the directions. I cannot send a picture of the shorts, as I have already sent them back.
The pants stated they were 3x. They wouldn't even fit over lower legs! Not true to size at all! And I have been trying to contact someone about returning them and no one will respond! Never buying from this company again!
Not one item was true to size. Sent multiple emails to get a return address but after weeks still not one response contained a return address i was offered a percentage refund to my credit card and told to keep the articles of clothing that i did not want and did not fit. After weeks of back and forth and realizing a return address was never coming a took a partial refund and threw the clothing in the garbage. Total waste of money. I do Not recommend or trust this company.

Two dress I ordered were not what was displayed online. One was a completely different color and had different sleeves and flow of the dress. The other was two sizes smaller than posted.
When I asked for exchanges or a return label, I was given the run around. I eventually had to settle for store credit which is fine. But I shouldn't have had to fight so much. They still have the first dress posted even though it's completely different.
The site said it was a raglan sleeve loose casual knitted crew neck sweatshirt. It looked soft and like a vintage style sweatshirt. It was a tight rayon shirt that was not anything like I expected. I never give negative reviews but this was way off the mark. I donated it to goodwill.🙁
Totally disappointed! Ordered 3x and could barely put them on over my shoulders. Waited about 3wks to arrive. Not even going to return for a refund probably will take just as long. One of the shirts looks like a sewing mistake. Won't order again :(
Ordered and payed for dress when it failed to arrive had to ask when it would be arriving only to be told there was no stock!
I note that it is still being advertised for sale so very disappointing! I am still waiting to get a refund!
Shopping and products were fine. Delivery was a huge hassel. First order delivered no problem second order they couldnt find the house. Took three extra days and nymerous calls. I'm not sure if I will order again.
I have purchased about 9 or so dresses and have loved all but 2 of them. The website is easy to navigate to browse choices - many choices. And it is easy to order. If you choose the free shipping it takes quite awhile to arrive (6-8 weeks).
First time ordering. Not a good experience. Took a month to get the dress. Ordered June 4 and received today June 29. Unfortunately, dress is too small.
They claim you can return items within 30 days. This is a lie, they do not respond to multiple email requests for return authorization and address. They ignore the emails until after the 30 days so the items are no longer eligible to return. TOTAL SCAM company!
The blouse was very pretty but very small. No paperwork or ability to return item or to get in contact with company. Will not deal with this company again.

I liked 2 of the 3 dresses, however, I haven't received the needed information to return the dress yet. You have to email that you want to return the item, then answer some questions & read some rules on return. But the address for return is supposed to come later. It's been a few days and no return email. I'm not feeling confident that I'm getting a refund.
The quality was just not there, and I had no idea how or where to return it. This was the second blouse I purchased from this site, I gave that one away. I won't be ordering from this site in the future.

Nice light denim. Measurements aren't accurate. I'm sure I ordered according to my size which is size 10, received a medium and couldn't even pull them past my hips. No pictures of the back of them and I don't like the wash but couldn't see that on the website.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
