I ordered a dress and was happy with the item and received it within the timeframe I was advised. Very happy.
The dresses I ordered are true to picture! However, as a customer I was left wondering if my order had been processed because the confirmation email came from a different site. And then the shipping confirmation came from a different provider. And now the survey follow up is from a third provider. And there were large gaps in between things so I started to get panicky off it was a scam. Luckily it wasn't but the experience has left me with a less than appetizing taste in my mouth.
The photos are beautiful and the dresses fit nicely. One of my original items was out of stock; I was contacted immediately regarding a substitute and all arrived in a timely manner. I think if I were taller the dresses would look better, but I'm very yhappy with them.
I made a typo in specifying the delivery address. I fully expected not to get the product shipped to me, but with their support and a kind local postman, the i got the package.
First time ordering. Really hoping everything fits my aunt. Well there's no way these are 5X. They are maybe 1-2x. I ordered for my aunts birthday & now she will have nothing b/c these are not accurately sized. I'm very disappointed

I thought it was an Australian site - my mistake. Did not read reviews - big mistake. Order had not been received after 2 weeks, then sitejabber asked for a review. I emailed CurveDream and they replied very quickly that one order could not be filled. Did I want to wait for the other order, buy a different garment of similar value or cancel order. I requested cancel and refund. They asked same as before, but I again requested cancel and refund. Third time, same thing, but they now agreed to refund. Money was in my bank in less than 2 days! After other reviews I was not expecting this (was sure I had lost my money). Was it because sitejabber was involved? Nonetheless I had to give a decent star rating because of refund. No idea of what clothing quality is like though.
I ordered the loose fit cotton pants and a button up short sleeve blouse. The quality was good and my order came when they said it would. I was, easily, able to track its progess from their warehouse to my mailbox.
All tops were XLs. Found them tight around hips. The leaf one seemed larger in the shoulders & still snug around hips.

So why don't you have the Canadian dollar amount advertised.
After waiting for nearly 4 weeks after I bought this dress I received an email asking whether I had received my package. After I replied No, I was told it was out of stock but did not tell me. I am still waiting on my refund. Even told them they are still advertising this out of stock garment on their website.
There was some shipping issues that went back and forth, but in the end, it came within three weeks. Of the four items I received three were awesome and just what I wanted. One was not what I expected.
I was disappointed that the sizes are not equal to those I've bought from other sites and/or local stores. All of the sizes I ordered I purposefully ordered larger than I normally wear and since receiving these tops I have tried them all on and all of them are tight. I will not be able to wear these until I lose at least 20 lbs. So to be honest... very disappointed.
Need more pics of wearing items. Also not clear if size available with chosen color? Sometimes just moved to Size s. When I chose color after choosing xxl. If I was not paying attention i would get wrong size.
Was sad when the socks finally arrived after waiting almost a month for them. The print quality of the picture shown was not the quality on the ones that I received. Different socks entirely. Bad business to falsely advertise!
I was very disappointed in these clothes with the exception of the Camouflaged outfit. The other 2 tops are very large and the material is cheap. All the outfits were very wrinkled. Note that these all are to be hand washed and ironed, cannot use steam to get the wrinkles out.
These outfits are just right for summer casual wear. Looking forward to trying your clothing line.
One item fit me. I'm trying to return the other three & have not received a return address after waiting over 2 weeks. I was offered a 20.00 refund for nearly 80.00 of product if I did not return.
The clothes are still in the bags, waiting for a return address!
As beautiful as the style and fabric are, the construction of this garment leaves much to be desired. The facings are not attached to the main part of the jacket so they look sloppy. The jacket is skimpy in its fit. Not sure if I'll ever wear it, and it seems like a hassle to return it.
The look of the items are nice but many of the fabrics were not nice and sizing is in consistent.
Shipping took a while and I can not get any response for approval and directions for my returns. I have now sent three emails and have had no responses. The website says toy have 30 days for returns and have to contact customer service for return directions and approval. It says someone will respond within 24 hours and I still have no response after almost two weeks.
They do not have a phone number to contact someone.
Difficulty in returning item. No actual phone number to talk to a person who could help me. Offered money to keep the item which I found to be strange. Quality of item was good but the difficulty in getting a response to my desire to return the item has convinced me to not order anything else from you.
I placed my order May 3rd and still haven't received my order. I have been in contact with CurveDream for two weeks requesting a refund and all I get from them every other day is "be patient, your order is on its way." It is now May 25th and no order.
And the tracking service never works properly. All it says is a shipping label has been created.
Disappointing initially as I did not receive any confirmation of my purchase for quite a few days. I received the item before any notification. Thought jacket was not of great quality for the price thank you
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
