The only thing right were that they responded when I contacted them via email, and their sizes fit as expected. The merch was not, for the most part, anything like the pictures and not the quality expected for the price. $25usd for most items. The shipping took 27 days and they don't email with starus of shipment and updates. You have to go to their website for their very basic updates, frustrating. Photos attached show 1-what was expected 2-what I got, not the same at all, straight pants in a cheaper fabric with the lace detail on only one leg! 3-what I expected, tapered linen pants. What I got were straight pants in a cheaper fabric. Will never order from them again.
Very nice shirt. Wrong size sent at first, but I loved the shirt, so I will give that one to my daughter, Ordered another of the same shirt in my size for $13.00 exchange. I was very satisfied except for the time it took to receive them. Not your fault on the time factor, though.
Got my order in a timely manner. The shirt is very comfortable and I have had many compliments. The floral outfit I wore for Easter and it was nice and cool. I have not worn the graphic pants yet as I don't have a shirt to go with it. Guess it's time for more shopping.
Did not enjoy the product. Poor fitting, and poor quality of what was expected. To return the item was extremely difficult and tedious, and I finally received a refund but it took me two months to receive it.
I did not receive the item in the ad. The sweater I received was completely different. I asked if I could get the other sweater and they said there are variations in what is shipped and offered $10 off. Personally, I don't even want the sweater they gave me at all. Its very old fashioned and cheap.
The only drawback to my shopping experience was that I received 6 delightfully unique pieces of size small clothing that were too big on me. I was so disappointed because I really loved the clothing, but size xsmall is not offered. I contacted customer service and received exemplary service.
Shirt was cheap and too small-I want to return. Ordering was easy, but want to return item. Shirt was not as pictured and fabric was very cheap
Good service and answered my questions quickly. Needed to change the size of the shirt. Customer service got back to me promptly, and were able to organize another top. I actually over paid and the lovely lady refunded for me. I would recommend this company and i would buy from them again.
My experience was nerve racking... when i purchased your product i paid extra to make sure it was delivered in time. When i tracked the tracking number it showed me a month out... made me so mad wrote you a email... then the product shows up at the time i made for... that was good...the tracking information was bad, very bad. I do like the product
I needed a dress for a wedding. I ordered a medium and a large. Large fit. Instead of sending back the medium I was given the option to be reimbursed $12 and keep the medium. I figured between shipping and time to pack and take it I would break even and could donate the dress. So, I think I did ok. I like the dress and am ready to celebrate the wedding in style with out breaking the bank.
Ordered two dresses in the same size, one did not fit. Happy with the two dresses but returned the one due to the size variance. Both were size Large. Communication has been excellent!
Have not received the refund yet, but things seem to be proceeding well.
I placed an order for a few dresses, and a couple shirts. I was really excited. Unfortunately at two weeks I had not received them. Checked the status of my order and they had still not shipped. They said they would ship within 3 days.
With no communication in that 2 weeks I was definitely concerned about this company. I contacted customer service to cancel my order. They said they cancelled it and I could expect a refund within 5 -15 days. It's now 26 days and still no refund received.
After contacting the company again I finally received my refund - 31 days from requesting the refund.
Beware of using this company.
The customer service is atrocious. I have not been able to talk to anyone for help with my issues.
1) One dress I ordered was not in stock and was never even able to be shipped. The website did not include that information. The only was I found that out was by the very slow and much detailed email reply I received from *******@curvedream.com. I still do not have a resolution to my problem and it has now been 3 1/2+ weeks.
All products very nice. Will order again. The jeans came just as described. The top I would have liked larger but only go up to 3x. I like a loose fit. The leggings are cute. Not a cotton blend more if a stretch nylon. The legging have a very cute print that will not fade after many washes. All products wash and dry nicely.
After 50/50 reviews I was on the fence but decided to give it a try. Really cute. Just as pictured. Only comment I have is wishing it was lined. I think it would hang better if it had a little more weight to it. Still cute. Gets compliments.
I successfully returned my purchase and the process was just as it was advertised.
I am trying to return the dress. When I tried to use the page on their website to request authorization for the return, it said the message could not be delivered, to try again later. I tried later with the same result. When I emailed Customer Service, they did not give me an authorization code, but instead offered me $12 compensation for the $44 dress! I will never order from this company again!
The return policy is awful. The quality and sizing of the clothes was also awful. I ordered a size up and it came in 4 sizes too small. I would have to go through a rigorous return policy if I returned themd

Also, the sizes of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in the size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing the size. They are true measurements.

They are not as they appear and I won't ever do business with you again. I don't like using PayPal as a processor and I have emailed you several times to return the order minus the one short pant jeans and no one will give me a return address. They keep wanting me to keep the items with 25 or 30 dollar compensation.
Looking forward to the things I purchased and that they will be as appeared.
I have seen the ads on your clothing a lot and loved so many of them. I had a hard time choosing which ones to order. It is hard to order the correct size and now returning is going to be more time without the shirt for me to wear. I was so anxious to get them then they didn't fit I was disappointed.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
