I've been trying to return this dress for a refund for over a week and they have not been responding to my emails. The only way they tell you to contact them is through email, so you think they'd be better at responding. Will not be purchasing from this site again
After several very civil email conversations with someone named Kally in customer service regarding my request to return the 4 items I purchased that do not fit, I have now been blocked. Contrary to their return policy, they do not refund. I received a few monetary offers from them. When I sent my response to today's email, it was returned. I understand that I have been blocked. I will proceed with legal action if I do not hear back in the next 24 hours.
This is not the store for me. The quality in the photos compared to the quality in person are miles apart. The dresses are much shorter than the picture
This company is horrible. Do not order from them. They will try everything they can to make your life miserable. The items are not as pictured the quality is horrible. The colors are not the same and then make it so you can't return anything and then you finally get your money back they don't give you the amount you're supposed to get worse placed over
I purchase these item for vacation wear. Outfits, and top. When i received them it was disappointment. I purchase and worn linen for years. But this quality is more nylon and form of polyester. Cotton quality definetely was not there. I now await my return process..
I ordered on their website at the start of May. Did not receive an order confirmation email. After a few weeks, I received an email stating that the item had been delivered. That email did have an order confirmation number - when I checked that confirmation number on their website it said the order was not yet shipped. Thankfully, I had used Paypal, so I disputed the order on their platform and was issued a refund. Today, I received an email from them, asking if I wanted to "reorder" the item with a 10% discount. This business definitely seems like a scam!
Because I had not heard of this company before I was a little hesitant to order. I decided to give them a try and glad I did. It took about 2 weeks to arrive, just like they said. The clothes was beautiful and just as described.
I was really excited to wear the outfit, it was super cute! But I was super disappointed that the sizes for the jeans are no where close to U.S. sizing as they were at least 3-4 sizes too small. I won't order again from this site.
To many hurdles to jump to get an item returned. To many rules to trip on.

I placed an order on 9/15/2023 and have not received it as of today 10/20/2023. The shipping information shows it enroute and in a local post office since 9/27/2023. I have personally spoken to the post office and they have not received it. Your service departement has just repeatedly asked me to be patient and wait "another few days" for delivery. I have asked to cancel the order and receive a refund which they have not done. I will never recommend this company.
After the fiasco of not getting this dress in the size I wanted or delivered for over a month, it finally arrived. Sadly, it was after I needed but I kept anyway.
While it is pretty, the fabric for both layers are rather thin & sheer enough to have to wear something underneath. Definitely not as full or roomy looking as in the picture.
It's not bad, but it wasn't worth the cost & the time it took to get it, to me.
Shorts took a long time to arrive - I didn't realize they were coming from China. But Customer Service gave me the option to cancel or to wait longer.
Didn't think I'd like the shorts when they arrived, but I actually do like them and they fit well - and the material is as described.
I ordered plus size 2X for all items. 2 of the items were size small. People who wear plus size clothes, do not need lycra that cling to every part of their body. The pictures that are shown on the website look flowing and the jacket looked more Boho and substantial instead of tight and constricting. I have been trying to return the items since I received them and keep getting a runaround.
They have no customer service phone number. They take days to respond to the only email provided to contact them. 4 messages back and forth and they have yet to provide a return address and the offer to reimburse you less then 1/3 of the cost of the item because they are located in china.dance yourself the frustration and don't deal with them.
A nightmare. I keep being asked to rate product (this is my second time and I already replied). Additionally I sent three emails asking for mailing address and authorization number. I already replied to customer service as to how these dresses did not fit. I only have 30 days to return and curvedream has wasted one week.
Awful company. The clothes are NOT TRUE TO SIZE. ASIAN COMPANIES DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT SIZING. They do not give refunds without asking ridiculous things. They ask you to show how small the clothes are. So what should I do? Show the pants around my ankles that don't go any further because they are a size 0 and I ordered a large

Shipping took longer than I expected, I tried to cancel order within 24hours and didn't get a reply for 4 days. So naturally it was "in progress". I would return what I don't like, but I have read the reviews. Unfortunately I didn't do that until after I ordered or I never would have placed an order

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
