Items didn't fit. Sent email requesting return instructions/info same day I received the items. Received an email 2 days later asking me to keep the four items I purchased, I paid $132.00 for them, and they would give me a refund of $30.00. My reply was no I want a full refund. Then received another email asking if I would take $60.00 as a refund and keep the items. Still no instructions on how to return. Finally got the instructions. Mailed items out just waiting for the refund now.
The dress didn't fit. At company's request I told them why it didn't and that I wanted to return it for a refund. They wanted the order #, which I provided. Then the offer me $12 if I just kept it—I paid $50 so said thanks, but no. I was then told not to return it using the
Address on the package. So, I asked a couple of times to be sent the correct return address. I am still waiting.
I liked the products I ordered and shipping was relatively quick.
I ordered a shirt that was supposed to be a large well it was a medium and didn't fit so I tried to exchange or return it. It took me all day to get thru to someone and then I payed 25.oo and 10.oo shipping and they credited me 8.oo I was so frustrated I took the money and was so displeased. Don't buy from them!
I was very happy with such a speedy delivery. It's a very comfortable wear and looks really nice. Please send me more photos of other products that you have because I'm very happy with the workmanship. Thank you
Very disappointed the overgarment totally different color than what was pictured and the dress looks faded.I will be returning. I ordered something else which I have not received. It seems to be setting at the same place for several days
I'm disappointed as the dress was for my grandsons wedding in 2 weeks. The clothes pictured look really nice but I don't think the quality of what is received is very good..
Have not worn items as yet so difficult to rate. Tried on everything but the top. Shorts look great. Leggings different material than expected so will have to wear to determine satisfaction level.
Delivery time longer than expected.
I was disappointed by the sizing of the clothes & fabric quality. I was not able to exchange them for a different size. I was offered less than half of my money back as a refund. When emailing these often bounced back to me. Eventually the emails were acknowledged.
Delivery was prompt. The dress didn't look like the picture. It fits true to size.
They're a style you can't find in a store. It just takes longer for delivery.
I ordered this 'jacket/ sweater' looks nice in the pictures…but that's not what you get. The quality is. And the customer service is even worse! I've been trying to return this item for a refund but all I get is the run around. Trying to refund me $20 for the $60 that I actually paid. Not happy with this purchase at all! I do not recommend.
I received my order and it was not what I ordered. I was sent an unlined jacket, (very poor quality), a tee that I wouldn't wear, and a pair of pants that looked like they had been worn and were so wrinkled I didn't even want to try the on. I ordered a sweater, a really nice tee, and slacks. That is not what I received. It was horrible and I will never order from this company again. Barbara Hallum

I ordered a dress. Order was accepted and total, including shipping was charged to my account.
I waited 2 weeks, getting no updates. I emailed them and later was told that they had none in stock.
I told them to refund my money. I'll try very hard to avoid this business.
BUYER BEWARE. I ordered two tops a few months ago for a special occasion. When I didn't receive the tops in a timely manner, I wrote an email and requested to cancel the order since according to the website, it had not yet been shipped. It took the company 8 days to reply to me and then they said it was too late to return it since it had already been shipped. When I got the package, I immediately went through the process of returning it. So it cost me $20 in shipping for an order I didn't keep. $10 to ship it to me and $10 to return it. I felt I was dealt with very dishonestly and I will never ever order from this company again.
The representative and I had a disagreement about where the waist measurement should be taken. The dictionary says the waist is the the "part of the body in humans between the ribs and the hips, usually the narrowest part of the torso." The representative told me their waist measurement is taken about 3" below the under breast measurement. In other words, sized for a 6 year old. Disappointed. Such an easy problem to fix: Use universal measurement placement.
I purchased this as a gift. It seemed cute to me, but my giftee shared that it was not her style. I personally, thought the sleeveless items was rather big for a medium size. Now in researching how I would return it, I see purchasers pay for returns. This information I was not aware of & will consider this before buying from this site, again.
I haven't received my order. If it comes :( I will rate the quality of the product then. The fact that I received this survey to fill out - makes me even more worried - as your company seems to think I should have received my package by now and I have not :(
Took a long time to get here. The shirt is beautifull and the material is top notch. But because of the lining it isn't a true XL the next size up would be too big. I'm hoping I can find a tailor that can let it out an inch.
They was cute on the models but in person was totally different.Not as a sweatshirt is they are like t shirts! A couple of them are ugly.The color blocked the first one and the second geometric print.The marveling one that was supposed to be Brown with gold line this one was not at all as it was pictured or posted.
An item ordered was not what I expected. I contacted CS via email and received an immediate response with suggestions to address the issue. It was resolved to my satisfaction and I am pleased with my purchase.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
