Items were slow to arrive, not as pictured. I expected a Jersey type legging product as pictured. What arrived was a baggy, sheer, cheaply made product that I would never wear outside. May use for pajama bottoms but definitely not for what I intended. Picture/description is deceiving.

My experience with this company is they have an incredible customer service! Very few online stores ask you if you received the item that they paid for but this one did. I didn't have to search thru my emails if I received it, they asked me instead
I ordered my shirt and never got a purchase email. If i hasn't paid with PayPal i would have had no proof. And then no emails until the day it arrived. Now it doesn't fit and i can't get customer service to email me back with info to return. Communicate with customers!
I placed an order on May 21 and the website said allow three days for processing. It's been over a week and website still shows it's being processed. Tried to inquire on website and it wouldn't go thru so emailed. Auto reply said reply in 24 hours. It's been 48 and crickets
I ordered a large. You sent a small. I've been emailing to try to get return directions and no one will give me the information needed. I was offered $6 in one email and the jeans cost $30. I want the correct size. This was your error!
The size indicated it would fit yet you are not making the arms and shoulder widths for european women, I have not been able to fit other purchases and have given them away. Your large size is about a 10 because of arm width and shoulder width
I ordered 5 pieces of clothing and 2 of the items I was told were out of stock. The clothes are not what I expected. They look and feel very cheap. The price was to good to be true so it is my fault for buying them.
I recently received my first order from CurveDream. I was so excited to receive the products because they looked so beautiful on-line. I was very disappointed to find that the clothes were very poorly made and of cheap material. The colors looked faded and dull. I usually do not review on-line purchases, but the pictures on the website are very misleading and I want to warn others. I was charged for the garment as soon as I placed the order. It was not shipped to me until I contacted the company and asked why it hadn't shipped. Placed order the beginning of May, received it, at the end of May.

Ordered size I usually buy in sweaters and it turned out to be huge. It was also said to be peach in color and turned out to be ivory.
The reason for returning is that the dresses were not as beautiful and classy-looking as they appeared on the website and in the review pictures. The material is thin, and the print is faded. The jacket does not fit over my shoulders, as shown by one of the models in the review pictures. I emailed *******@curvedream.com for a return authorization several days ago but have not received a response.

Very disappointed! Some items were out of stock instead of giving me a refund like I requested the items were switched with similar items that looked somewhat like what I ordered but not what I order. Also I have read multiple reviews that the clothing is true to size. Definitely not true my advice is to up size by at least one size. As far as quality consider the price you get what you pay for.
I purchased 4 items. They shipped 3 with no paperwork indicating 4th item was out of stock. All 3 items received were too small. They didn't respond to my request to return until I filed with PayPal. It would have costed me $29.61 to return to CHINA. Plus they said the FREE SHIPPING to me would be deducted from my refund. They say they are GLOBAL...then why not a return shipping in the US. In the end, I received credit for the back ordered item plus $20 for the other 3 items that I can't wear. Got ripped off this time but never again.

Though its a fun spring/summer dress, it doesn't fit well in the shoulders. When I ordered, it seems like it said it was returnable within 30 days. I don't know where to go to find the information on returning an item. I prefer when that information comes with the item. No paperwork was provided.
I have had no problems with ordering, but I'd like more information about the items I am buying -- all cotton, polyester, if there is a built-in bra in a swimsuit, etc. I bought these swimsuits with the understanding that I will have to return some of them after I find out which I like and which fits.
Could not find code for discount, I got a little worried when it didn't come thought I got ripped off again. But it came and I liked it could have gotten a smaller size, thats the problem with these foreign web site the sizing!

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
