Love that it's easy to order, no hassle!
Yes it was easy to order, but it took awhile to receive my order. I notified CurveDream that I wanted to send item back and have had no response on how to send it back. I can't find a phone number for their customer service.
I, in good faith, ordered this sweatshirt thinking I could return and get refunded if it didn't work and it was two sizes too big. Others are complaining of the same issue. This company gives you no means of contact or return or refund! Terrible and fraudulent!
I bought two tops. They were made from a cheap material and much too small and tight. I have been trying for three weeks to get an address to return the items to. I've written to their "customer service" three times. I get a form letter explaining their return process (you pay postage to return) and that you can't return to the address from the package they arrived in. They do NOT provide an address to return them to! It is a total SCAM. I'm going to the Better Business Bureau next. I wish I'd read reviews from other sites. These 4+ ratings on their website do NOT reflect my experience at all.
Arrived quite quickly but sizing small. Returns are via email only. Initial response quick and an offer of £16 refund or £54 gift card to keep order and not return on an £90 order! Second offer £27 and note to say I have to return to New York at my expense, which I am happy to, now not replying...
Product is from China and very bad quality. Website is beautiful but the product is terrible. One blouse was really rough and felt like paper with painted daisys on it. Stiff.
Dress sent with the sleeves not finished in the wrong size.
Warning you have to pay to return everything at your cost. Not a good company. Beware!

This website is very user-friendly, and they offer some very pretty clothing. However I will be returning two garments, and hopefully exchanging a third (for a larger size). Each of the shirts that I purchased ran small. The two garments I'm returning are not of a quality I would expect at this price point. I may make future purchases, but will keep in mind the sizing, but I'll be very selective. I will say that the clothing was delivered in the time frame promised. I would highly recommend that true plus-size models are used when these garments are photographed, it would be helpful in getting a real sense of what the garments will look like.
This website is very user-friendly, and they offer some very pretty clothing. Hoping it's not just pretty, but good quality as well. This is my first order, so I'm crossing my fingers!
I made the assumption that some of the 6 dresses I ordered were a natural fabric, but none of them were and therefore felt really hot and cheap. I was pretty disappointed, but realize I could have been warned by reading the description closer. I also had only half of the dresses fit, even though I ordered my usual size. Because there is no stretch to the dresses, you may want to order a size up.
Easy to navigate and find what you want
My clothes don't fit. I've tried to contact you through your website and your system says my message cannot go through at this time. I tried multiple times same message. Then someone contacts me via messenger. Told them my problem and wanted to return the items, haven't heard from them again.
Sizing is not consistent, models are not wearing there actual size which leads you to believe your getting an item that fits a certain way fabric is not what it appears to be. Just not worth the wait.
The site instructs to contact them before returning and they won't accept a return if you don't. I contacted them as asked and have yet to receive any kind of response. Never sent tracking or anything, seemed shady and I was actually surprised to receive anything at all.
Easy enough, hopefully I'll be happy with my purchase and can come back for more
It was a little difficult to order online using my phone. I was not happy with the size of the (2) items as they ran quite small. My main complaint is there was no invoice or return form in the package so it's impossible to return these items.
Placed an order and more than 3 weeks later, no update, no order received. I reached out to customer service who did respond right away that 2 of the 3 items were no longer available. They gave me the option of continuing to wait or cancelling, so I cancelled the entire order.

I bought a dress 2 sizes too big and the top of it fit like 3 sizes to small. I'm now having a problem getting a return address. They offered me $11 dollars to keep a $51 dollar dress I can't wear. I want order from them again.
I normally wear size 22 petite. So I went with 3. Thinking I might need to order the larger. It was still too small.
I saw that my order had been processed but I didn't get my order and I was not able to track the package. After I contacted them, I was told my order was out of stock. I canceled my order. I was told I would get a full refund but I don't have it yet.
I received these jeans I was all excited to get them. The size was way too small for Jeans didn't even look like the ones in the picture so then I asked for a refund and they only refunded me 16.00 and so now I'm stuck with these jeans that I'm never gonna wear.
I believe they should have at least asked me or checked if these jeans were the ones that I actually ordered maybe per asking for a photo anything but that problem was not there concerned they just sent me $16 and said keep them
Everything I ordered was too small. Playing games trying to return my items. Do not expect timely response. Duplicate emails despite giving them requested information. They offered me $20.00 to keep their merchandise. Paid over $70.00. Cannot get a return lable for the love of God. BUYER BEWARE!
Very happy with design, only would've liked to know what material it was made of. Think that wasn't noted before ordering. Prefer natural fabrics. Website lacking in details about material. But looks great tho!
Disappointed that the top I purchased on July 8th did not fit me. It was way too small. Yesterday I sent Curve Dream an email asking for information needed to return the item and requested a refund. Hope to hear back sometime today.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
