Trying to return items

The company is slow in responding to email requests for return information. Then the company comes back with an offer to discount the items if I am willing to keep. The tops do not fit me. Why would I want to keep them?

Deceptive

Deceptive!A dress on their site had a waist & was cute. However, I ordered a size medium & what arrived would fit a size 20.Asked for return label & refund & I was offered $12.00 for a $58.00 dress but I could keep the dress I can't wear. Not ok. Don't buy from this company!

Was not made aware returning something would be so displeasing. Be prepared to pay for your pkg. To be returned, also forfeiting the amount originally charged for shipping in your refund--that YOU
ALREADY PAID FOR--yes, that's paying for ship chgs. For the same item 3X...and keep that cellophane bag your item was in...or there's no deal.

Received my dress about 4 weeks ago, I ordered XL immediately informed them I wanted to exchange for bigger size, also what was advertised as Australian dollars my bank account was debited for twice the price, their prices although saying AU are NOT it's American $
Then after about 6 emails back & forth suggesting ridiculous solutions, I gave up and put it down as a bad, experience. Potential buyers beware.

I was excited when I placed my order for the gray jacket. Then I realized it was taken a long time to arrive. When it finally arrived, it was slightly different from the picture, the sleeves are much shorter than expected and very light weight.

Horrific packaging!

I ordered a dress to wear to my grandson's wedding. It was wadded up and put into a plastic bag that measured about 6 x 6". It is mostly polyester which is ok, but I am STILL working on getting the deep creases and wrinkles out! Thankfully I won't wear it until July, affording me more time to work on the wrinkles. It took over 3 weeks to arrive, I will NEVER ORDER FROM CURVE DREAM AGAIN!

The website is excellent. The clothing quality was very disappointing. I requested to return the 2 items that were delivered.I haven't seen where my 3rd item has even been shipped. They have a complicated return system and I would have to pay shipping. They offered me a refund of $15 and not have to worry about extra costs. I still had not recieved the 3rd item so I have asked for a full refund on the 3rd item they never sent. Still waiting on their response
The CSR Team is polite and professional but seeing the quality I will probably not order anything else.

Never Again!

Ordered Jan 12. Indicated three to five days to be ohandled with about 2 weeks to be delivered. As of today, Feb 4th, nothing has been received. The CurveDream website does not work.
