Fast, efficient check out. But delivery took much too long. It was hard to track my package, and for a while I got an error notification when using the tracking number. I thought the purchase had been a scam.

Awful company. The clothes are NOT TRUE TO SIZE. ASIAN COMPANIES DO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT SIZING. They do not give refunds without asking ridiculous things. Really liked the choices I made. Spent $100 on about 4 or 5 items. About 1 week ago got a package with 2 items, with no invoice or notification about other items. Did receive an email with no options to write this information. Unless I get other items will not order again. Unhappy customer and will not get any further business.
This took way too long to arrive. This is a birthday present and her birthday has passed. Did not realize this was shipping from China. Will be more careful in future orders.

The dress didn't fit and was of poor quality. The outfits looked better than in real life. I had to send them all back except for the leggings.

The 2 items I ordered need to be returned and refunded since they don't fit me. The email address that I was interacting with is now inactive. They were supposed to send me the return address but never did. I am getting a run around and need this return issue resolved asap.

The material was thin and the clothes were sewn without regard to fit. They all hang like cheap trashbags.
I ordered a few things for my mom but they were too big. I contacted them so that I could try to exchange them for a smaller size. They wanted me to keep them and order more. I finally got them to accept the return and give me a return number and address. Naturally I had to pay the freight myself and I just received it back because it says they moved. I double checked the address and it's correct. This place is a scam be very careful. I'm sure it's fine as long as you don't need to return anything ever.

First time ordering. Not a good experience. Took a month to get the dress. Ordered June 4 and received today June 29. Unfortunately, dress is too small.
The search was for Cotton or linen dresses.these are polyester
I still need my refund for one item not received
I ordered a dress and the dress took longer to arrive, it came the day before my event. I had already purchased a "back-up" dress. When I opened the dress I was very pleased with the quality however it did not fit. I emailed as per the instructions for return and I did receive a response several days later offering me a $12 credit it I wanted to keep the dress but no information as to what address to return the dress to. I have sent several additional emails asking for the return address but have not had a response. There is no contact phone number. They only give 30 days for a return and it may run out due to their lack of response. This is the problem when dealing with certain retailers found on social media.

I saw that my order had been processed but I didn't get my order and I was not able to track the package. After I contacted them, I was told my order was out of stock. I canceled my order. I was told I would get a full refund but I don't have it yet.
Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
