I need to return 2 items that are too big for me. I have asked for an address to return to for a refund and can not get a response with an address.

The purchasing was simple. Delivery was slow and no tracking updates. The quality of the garments was poor and one dress looked nothing like the picture
I ordered 5 items. I have received only 2. One pair of pants was supposed to be blue and even though the bag is marked light blue, they are green. Unfortunately, I placed a second order with this company which I think was a mistake, since I am still waiting for the rest of the first order.

I have been trying to return a dress for a refund. I have emailed three times to find out where to return the dress, but I haven't received a reply.
I tried to look as carefully as possible for the wash instructions but couldn't find them on your site. Several reviews said the clothing fit true to size and remained that way after washing. So on an impulse I bought 3 items. Sadly, all 3 are not machine wash, machine dry. I do not like to buy hand wash items and was very disappointed in the fit. I will not be purchasing from your site again.
Why post it if it if it is not available? It takes a week after me asking for you to tell me an item is not available, for the second time!

The return policy says you have to email the curveddream email address for instructions onhow to return an item and give an explanation why you want to return it. I emailed them according to their request and they emailed me back explaining that I can return the items that I purchased as long as they're in the original wrapper and never been worn or washed, however, they didn't specify where I'm supposed to return the items,there was no address or any indication of where I was supposed to return these items.They specified and made it very clear not to return the items to the address that the items came in,that it had to be a special address that I would find in the email however, they never supplied the address. I sent them an email asking where I should be sending the items and they never responded back, this is bad business. The items were way too small. Definitely not the size that they were supposed to be.
The dress was beautiful in the picture, but when it arrived, it did not look anything like the picture.

Beautiful dress pictured! The description of the dress on the site is totally different from the dress I received. Lace was mentioned, but none on dress.

Easy website to make purchase. I received follow up emails that kept me in touch with the order and shipping information.
I ordered two blouses almost a month ago. One showed up and the other one still hasn't arrived yet. When I emailed support I was told just wait longer. The blouse that did show up looks nothing like the picture and the quality is HORRIBLE. Cheap thin material that you can see completely through and badly made. I will NEVER order anything from this site again.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
