Pleasant experience and communication! Loved the pants, the top is nice but not exactly what I thought I was getting
Pants I bought do not give a lot in the waist as suggested on the website. I need to return them but need information on how to do this. I've submitted a claim to return them, but have not received info back yet.
The product was received in the size and condition as ordered. The tracking system allowed me to follow the progress of the package through to delivery by USPS.
I love the style and fabric but should have gone up a size. It runs a little small in my opinion.
I did not received the entire order and in trying to receive a return authorization I have been getting the runaround.

I had not read feedback regarding Curve Dream products until after I ordered them. Although, their site reviews were good, other reviews were awful. I was concerned that I might not receive my product. I did, however, receive my blouses and in a timely fashion. I was pleased about that. However the merchandise was very cheaply made and the fabrics were stamped with design which was fuzzy and cheap looking. Although the price was around $25 a piece, I still expected a decent product for that price. The blouses were definitely not as described or as seen on the model. I am very disappointed with the product and would not order from this company again.

I am ordering for the first time and found the shopping easy to navigate.
The top is so small that I couldn't get my arms & shoulders into it. The bottoms were fine but what good are the bottoms without the top? Can I return as it didn't come with any paperwork at all.

I received the order; I have sent two emails requesting an RMA to return the item which does not look like the item I ordered. The item I received is faded and does not look like the picture. Please send an RMA so I can return it for a refund.

I just did get them today. I have the ship of course to my husband's address I live in a nursing home, but I do get dressed and go to events. We just hung them up today. I could tell they would fit me. I like the way they look I think I'll be very happy with them
Easy to get a dress that fits perfectly with a friendly staff.
Quickly delivered in less than 2 weeks and I get alot of compliments. Dress is well made for on the run and easy to take care of.
Whoever delivered dropped my package off at 1322 Belmont Ave exactly one street over from me. It's happened before both with mail and packages. The resident of the house brought it to me so I sent an email to you as soon as possible to let you know all was well.
I ordered it on May 30th and they said it would be delivered in 9 to 12 days. It is now June 22nd, and I have still not received it. The wedding is the 28th and it looks like I will have to find something locally! I am so disappointed as I really liked the look of the dress.

Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
