The pants I ordered did not match the pants in the pictures- not as plush or as rich looking. I was disappointed as they were a Valentine's birthday gift that I took off the table and just gave them to my daughter who had pointed them out to me. For the price they were a disappointment. Sorry

In the pictures it was lacy, classy looking, and soft.
It took forever to arrive. It was a bit disappointing as it was nothing like the photos. Short length, cheap fabrics, kind of frumpy. I will keep it and turn it into a blouse.
Don't rely on internet photos. They are deceptive.
Do not waste your money. Go to a local store or dress shop.

I recently purchased from this clothing vendor and had a disappointing experience. The quality of the fabric was far below expectations.
The pictures on the website did not match the product at all; what I received was not even close to what was advertised.
The return process was not easy. I had a hard time getting my money back, and when I did, the refund was incomplete. It's clear that customer service is not a priority for this vendor. I would not recommend buying from them and will certainly not be returning as a customer.

I want to return every one of the four items I received. They are not good quality and have to be hand-washed, which was not stated in product descriptions. The company refuses to send me a return label or correct address to send returns.

I paid for shipping and item arrived and was of very poor quality and sized completely wrong. I immediately contacted the seller and said I needed to return it. Days later I received an email asking if I could accept a discount and I again said I wanted to RETURN IT. Had to ask over and over before was provided the different shipping address with instructions for tracking. I did so and returned it and sent confirmation and have asked for a refund now 3 times. Horrible scam artists. I am complaining to my credit card company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I ordered a sweater that never arrived. I sent several emails with no response. When I did hear back almost a month later I was told the item was no longer available. When I responded to please send me my refund again no response. I have not received my refund and I will never order from this site again there is no phone number to call no chat function. Customer service is nonexistent. Email response happens weeks later but again I still have not received my refund of over $40.

The delivery time of the blouse I ordered was longer than the 6-12 days I was told, by about a week. I believe the item was sent from Wuhan,China.
Return policy is horrible, so beware.
The dress cut is cute. It was too small though. I ordered a smal and I am 5'8" 140 pounds. I was able to zip it up fine. But it was too tight for my preference. If returns were easier I would exchange for a medium.
This purchase was posted to my account on January 18th, and I was informed that it would arrive shortly thereafter. It never came, and I am angry.

I loved the pants I received but I went by your size guide and I ordered a large but when I receive them they were very tight I probably should have had a extra large but again I went by your size chart I love the pants and would love to exchange them for an extra large but it's on nowhere on your site where I could return so because of that I won't be ordering from you ever again which is a shame because you do have some nice looking merchandise

Both tops are pretty, but one not as described. One that was supposed to be sparkly and sequins is not. The other one is nice, fits and is as described.
Arrived later than indicated after the date I needed it but that didn't matter as it was way too small. Then, there is no receipt, address, and instructions for the return.
So, I have to go into research mode to find that out.Then I have to send two e-mails, wait for replays, to get return info. It all feels too much when already I have a shortage of time.

The fabric wasn't at all what it looked like. Cheaply made and unfortunately will not be able to use it.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
