Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and had to return my item, in which customer service was very helpful in doing so.
I ordered a sequined jacket and received a T-shirt material cardigan with a print that was supposed to look like sequins.
Very misleading and very expensive. Trying to get a refund. Would never shop with them ever again.
Purchased a dress for my niece in Febuary. No delivery! Four NON DELIVERIES!
These people are frauds! They blame the lack of delievy on not knowing my address which is 3255 Mount Veeder Road in Napa, California. Then they tell me to call a phone number is Southern California to find our about the delivery. WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVIDE. I am canceling my order, demanding my money back and filing a fraud claim again these crooks.
After numerous attempts to get helpful information and no way to speak to an actual person, I was told to submit a photo of a defective blouse and I said that would not show on a flat photo and is there a way to get my refund. All day I have waited and still no reply.

I was charged for two and they said they would reimburse me 50.bucks and pick up the one I didn't order. So rude and unprofessional! It makes me dislike the dress. I'm plastic move soon so I could use my refund. They can pick up the second dress. I'm too busy and broke to deal with it. Worse experience I've ever had and I e been ordering o line for twenty plus years.

I am returning my whole order. Disappointed in that process too. After several e-mails and bribing to keep the order i finally received the return address & am still jumping thru hoops with specific instructions.

Two of the 3 dresses I ordered were not as pictured. I want to return them but no return label was included in the delivery. I have not had any response to the emails I sent. I just want to get a refund for 2 dresses and a refund label is needed.

Was not the company that advertised on Facebook and there definitely not made in Carolina, but overall im satisfied.
My order was delivered to the wrong address and it took some detective work to find it. When I got my dress, I was disappointed with the quality - not what I expected.
Placed a order for 3 sweaters for christmas presents on 12.1.24. As of 12.25 never received!

The shorts ordered were just fine. Blouse is way, way too big. I wear a regular medium. The blouse receivd must be an extra large, which I want to return for. The sweat shirt is too large, but I can make it work on my body.
The L size for the sweater was huge while the blouse size L fit snug. The sizing chart did not help to predict this.
I emailed Customer Service that I needed to exchange my dress for a larger size. They emailed back with two options. I chose the second option which was to pay the shipping and an extra fee to have the new one sent. I heard nothing after that. I finally had to reorder the dress...in which I'm hoping I get it in time for the wedding. THEN I get an email explaining the instructions for sending the first one back to get a refund for that.
Very frustrating.
I had to order a 2nd dress because you wouldn't help me exchange it for the larger size. I'm getting married on the 30th and I need that dress. NOW.

I received address and it was too small through the bust. You have to email them to return it.
They send the instructions and you have to pay the shipping to return it. Shipping was 12:97 through UPS. I won't be ordering anything from there anytime soon again.

The shirt I ordered looked nothing like the picture. It was supposed to be glittery top and it was not.

Answer: They are mostly a mix of cheaper fabric's.even when it says cotton on the ad it's mostly polyester.
Answer: There is no customer phone support. Only an Email Adress.
Answer: Yes the stuff is from China, poorly made and way too big. Company says it's in California but returns go to the east coast. Hassle to deal with their return policy. Poor business practices.
