I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering from this site. First of all the process for returning something is ridiculous. Most websites will allow you to initiate a return on the site. Not Cupshe. You have to email them to get approval and send them pictures and then they ask you a million questions as to why you want to return it, etc. After going back and forth a few times, I was told that I could not return anything that was on sale. They should really make it more clear on the website that you cannot return any sale items. What company does not allow you to return something that is on sale? That is ridiculous! Not to mention most companies will label an item as "Final Sale" so that you can clearly see that there are no returns before you even put it in your cart. I never would have ordered any sale items had I known there were no returns. I went by the sizing on the website which was way off. Now I am stuck with bathing suits that do not fit. I will never order from this site again. You clearly get what you pay for.
Do not order from them if you plan or doing a return or potentially cancelling an order prior to shipment. Even though the website clearly states that you can return full price items, they will only offer you store credit. I have been back and forth with them for days and they will only offer me a store credit. They ignore everything I say in my emails, do not send me a postage label to send my items back to or give me a return address no matter how many times I asked. I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN!

I got 5 swimsuits and loved them all. Great site to order from. Popped up on my Instagram made my order and had the suits in a week. So easy I will definite keep ordering.
I ordered a couple of swimsuits from Cupshe after reading reviews from women who had supposedly bought and were satisfied with purchases from the website. I was told that there would be a 3 day delay in packing my order because of a holiday. Totally fine. I selected 5-8 day shipping. Sounds ok. That means at the latest I should have received my order after 11 days. It's been over two weeks since I placed my order and the suits never arrived. I have followed the FedEx tracking number which only continues to state the the shipper has loaded my items into a truck? I contacted customer service from Cupshe, and they told me a whole ton of garbage: first, the original shipping confirmation email they sent me was wrong - they actually sent my order our 4 days after they sent the email. Second, I would not be able to watch tracking on my items for 5-6 days (why would that be?). When I followed up with further questions and stating my concern with request of my money back they responded with an odd response that I could return the items after they arrived and receive a coupon toward a new order (instead of receiving my money back). This place is a SCAM SCAM SCAM! I will never order from there again, and I am desperately saddened that I lost over $100 and will still have to go find and purchase new swimsuits from another store.

The swimsuits I bought were much better quality than I expected AND the customer service experience with returning a product that didn't fit was phenomenal! Definitely going to purchase here again!

Bathing suit came in on time it's great quality but unfortunetly the bottom fit small so I had to return it. They have great customer service and make your returns super easy

Ordered 3 suits- a one piece in 2 sizes and a two-piece. Both styles were cut way too narrow for my frame (up top but fit elsewhere), so sizing up was not going to resolve.
Went thru the annoying process of taking pictures of packaging, emailing for an RA, and we are now more than a week into emailing back and forth. They keep offering me 100% credit on my account to get more suits. I had a travel deadline that forced me to purchase elsewhere.
Their return policy says nothing about it being honored at THEIR discretion. I assume they are trying to run out the 30 days so they don't have to refund.
6/13/17 Update
After nearly 3 weeks of emailing, Cupshe provided their return addresses and offered me 200% store credit as an alternative. They demanded that the shipment be received within 3-5 days (note increased cost to return). I shipped all three suits and provided them the tracking number.
Two days after delivery, I received a refund notification for the two identical suits ordered in two different sizes. Evidently the third suit was on sale (which was indicated nowhere on my invoice) and is non-refundable.

I never leave reviews unless good ones. I feel it's better to keep negative thoughts to yourself but If I could I would give ZERO stars. Initially I was very excited to buy from them. I placed my order and upon receiving my shipment notification email I saw that the order was wrong. They were sending me a size I did not select on the opposite end of the spectrum from what I wear. I immediately contacted them for help fixing. It was very clear in the responses that not only did they not care to help but they weren't even reading the message. The responses made no sense. Then a man named Jason started replying telling me I should just try these sizes on and maybe I would be happy... An XXL vs a SMALL. After that insult he proceeded to lie about my shipment already being on a plane to me and imply how ridiculous I was being for asking them to fix the issue. Mind you this is almost a week later and the tracking still showing the package had not even left their possession to be shipped. His use in language and punctuation alone was unprofessional.
This continued until I gave up and decided to just return whatever merchandise showed up and shop elsewhere. This company clearly does not care for its customers or value them what so ever.

I tried to return a swim suit and it was like pulling teeth. They just kept offering (actually begged me. For real they said "I beg you") to accept their coupon code of 70% off another item. I told them I DO NOT want their coupon and will just eat the cost of the swim suit. Unbelievable.
