I bought ONE item however Cult charge me TWICE which is fraud to charge unauthorisignly!. Littery money went from my account twice within few minutes.
I emailed Cult customer service however no replies for 7 days now. They ignoring all my emails.
I will have to report to trading standard too... saying that its shocking what could happen from this organisation...
Don't buy from these guys, awful customer service. I'm 125 out of pocket with no explanation and no product. Where are your staff?
I have ordered only a few times from Cult Beauty in the past and always without any problem though my last experience was slightly different. My order i received wasn't right and it was two days before i was going away on holidays. I was angry and i panicked. However Cult Beauty made sure my problem was solved within those two days and i left absolutely happy. So i wanted to say thank you, i will carry on buying from Cult Beauty.
Cultbeauty lost my package while shipping, they couldn't provide delivery confirmation, they won't refund my money and they ask me to contact post office to find my package by myself. The tracking number they gave me shows that USPS is currently awaiting your package. The package is never delivered and Cultbeauty won't issue refund. I will never buy from cultbeauty again.
The two times I bought from this shop I had problems, products where missing, did not receive the refund but to stall, they say that they have issued a refund, bur it's a lie, you never see the money.
With so many stores of this kind, I would advise not to shop with this one.
I have a good experience with this site. Besides, their range is great, I've never found assortment like they have
I ordered here several times - if they don't mess up your order you'll be fine. If you need customer service or they make a mistake, good luck contacting their "7 days a week" customer service.
I have no idea if I will eventually receive my order - I have a shipping number but TrakPak never received or processed my parcel. If not, at least I paid with Paypal and will be able to get my money back.
Living in Germany means you won't get everything you want, especially when it comes to makeup. I could order from the US, but then I would need to pay tax. Enter CULT BEAUTY! I first discover cult beauty because I was desperate for certain makeup item and I could only find it on there and I ordered a few, I didn't need to pay shipping (over 40 Pound spending gets you free shipping). At first I struggled with their courier, it took them a week to reach me but I was just glad I didn't need to pay tax (this is before Brexit) but I can't comment how it's going to be after hard Brexit. I might have to stop shopping there. But anyway, their customer service is awesome. Everytime I email them, they always answer and are always helpful. I even contacted them about a foundation shade! They helped me as much as they could and I am just grateful. Thanks CULTBEAUTY :) P.s. I wish you could be more like Sephora when it comes to returns and exchanges. I couldn't return once I've opened the goods. You need to understand that buying makeup online is hard enough and if a colour or product doesn't suit me. I would like to return or exchange.
I bought 2 expensive items from Cult Beauty during the Black Friday sale which entitled me to a 25% discount. Firstly, the system applied the wrong discount so I ended up paying more than what it should be. Because of this mistake from CB, I was penalised with local import tax because the invoice amount was higher than it should be.
So I started contacting CB requesting for an updated invoice so that I can request for a refund with DHL and then the nightmare started. They just refused to issue it or update my account online. When i asked why, the sales person just said they can't do it and will escalate to a senior person to contact me and I'm still waiting. I find this really dodgy! Which decent company is not able to correct a mistake and re-issue an invoice? So now i'm slapped with wrong price charged to my card and local import taxes. I think i overpaid compared to what the Black Friday discount gave me which is just ironic.
Well i think the company is doing what is expected as a suppliwr. But the service provider from thwir end is baf trakpak is awful i must say...
I ordered a birthday present for a friend in Germany. A few days later I received a tracking number and DHL informed me that the order was to be delivered a day before her birthday, on July 7 2017.
And then the nightmare began. DHL sent an automated message on July 8 that the order would be returned to cult beauty. So I emailed DHL and asked what the problem was. They answered the address on the parcel was wrong, half of the street name was missing and it was send to Neidenstein, a town in Germany I never heard of, my friend lives in Frankfurt. I entered her address correctly when I placed the order, I checked.
On July 12 I emailed cult beauty customer service. They told me they would resend the order as soon as it arrives at their warehouse.
On July 20 I asked for updates concerning my order. Customer service replied on July 21 they would still wait for the parcel to arrive at their warehouse and would contact me immediately to confirm reshipping.
On AUGUST 15 I wrote again. According to the Trakpak tracking number the parcel was delivered on July 20. When I confronted customer service with the delivery status they answered the delivery status was wrong and they had still not received the parcel. I call bs.
I feel scammed. The order is paid for and I entered the correct shipping address and emailed it twice more to customer service. There was no error on my side except ordering from this company. I strongly advise not to order from their website! If you want to burn your money find a better way to do it.
Even if (and that's a big IF) they manage to send the order again it might at this rate arrive just in time for my friend's birthday... next year.
I want to give negative star if I can! On the web page of the items I want, it doesn't say that it does not ship to the US. Not until I added to the cart and try to checkout, it says sorry the items are not able to ship to the US. Also, you can not find anywhere on the website saying any particular brand does not ship to the US. There was no any written notice or explanation whatsoever about why the items are not able to ship to the US. Very disappointed. Worst shopping experiences out of all the UK website I had shopped with.
My items came in time actually very fast, nice packaging and all items in perfect condition. They have a wide variety of makeup brands that are very popular, they explain in detail about the makeup product as well. Also carry skincare and haorcare products. Will definitely go there again to buy high end makeup or makeup you cant get in the uk.
I love CultBeauty! They carry brands that I can't find elsewhere, especially cult brands like May Lindstrom, Tata Harper etc. I love how they have special promotions and delectable newsletters. It isn't healthy for my wallet, but. Who cares?
Customer service is also great and items come packed securely. Will always choose to purchase from CultBeauty!
