Crappy company!

I placed an order for a replacement bowl and to save on shipping ordered 2 knives. I received my bowl which fit the base but didn't fit the lid I have, and they don't have that, so I am stuck with a bowl that is useless, and no knives in the order. I called to talk to customer service, and they said that I should get the knives in the mail later. It came with another bowl, and the 2 knives. They charged me for both orders and the shipping on the one without the knives. Long story short, crappy company and I will never buy anything from them again! So I spent 84.90 for 2 useless bowls. They say that I placed 2 orders and yet they charged me days apart. Ticked for sure!

I bought a Cuisinart replacement bowl, and when it arrived it was HALF the size I needed (it was $ 13.00). I called the company, and although it was listed as a Custom 14, it was not a Custom 14, and I would need the $46.00 one (there is no such thing as a 7 C Custom 14; 14 stands for 14 cups). The company would neither change their error on their website, nor provided the correct Custom 14 for the original $13.00. I was charged $46, returned the first, and shipping which was not refunded. After 3 phone calls and more than that in emails, I gave up when the last response to my email was 'call us'. I warned them, and have, reported a consumer complaint based on 'bait and switch' tactics.

I ordered an accessory for my Cuisinart hand blender and when it didn't fit, I returned it and they only credited my CC 2.50. When I called them, they said the original amount I paid ($8.49) was 2.50 for the part and 5.99 for S&H and they don't credit shipping. They are a total scam outfit. Stay away!

I ordered a replacement Cuisinart food processor bowl on Sept. 19,2017. A month later, I contacted them by EM since I hadn't received the order. They emailed and said it was on back order. I've emailed them again (now its been 2 months) with no response. I've been handing on hold on the customer service (or as Clark Howard woud say "customer no service") for 30 minutes to try to talk with someone. They have the WORST customer service.

I placed an order in August. After a month, I had heard nothing, so I emailed them and was told the part was on back order for 2-3 weeks. It is now December. I had still heard nothing, so I emailed again to cancel the order. Ridiculous!

I ordered a replacement pan for my bread maker and received a confirmation number on July 12. As of July 24th I still had not received the product or even a shipping confirmation. I called the customer service number and after waiting 30 minutes (no joke) for a person I was told that the item was on back order. A more professional website would have informed me of the back order prior to taking my credit card information.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I placed an online order... had my card charged and money taken... GOT NO PRODUCT! When I contact them they say that I ordered through Cuisinart Kitchen. When I contact Cuisinart Kitchen they say that I ordered through Cuisinart Webstore. DO NOT... I REPEAT... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER ONE!

I have had the worst experience with the cuisinart website, don't order from them. I ordered something for my sister on Nov 23rd and and she finally received it Jan 15th. Better than that, they also sent the wrong item! I tried calling customer service and was on hold for an hour and then someone picked up and hung up the call immediately. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I ordered a part for my blender about a month ago. When I purchased the parts it did not say on the site that the parts are backordered because if that was the case I would not have bothered placing the order in the first place. Just for that reason alone they are not trustworthy. After receiving no confirmation of the order a week later I call and they tell me the parts are backordered. Every time I call I get a different day that they are expecting a shipment. They offer no apologies when I make my complaint and are just plain rude and deceptive. I will never order anything from them again period!

I ordered a carafe replacement on a Saturday and paid for overnight shipping. I assumed that the order would be processed on Monday, and that I would receive it on Tuesday. WRONG! Tuesday came and went, and Wednesday came and went. I phoned the customer service and found out that it was backordered, and that they didn't even have it to ship. No notification- nothing. I cancelled the order, and am purchasing a Keurig instead. Stay away from this site!

I ordered a blade set for a cuisinart blender. My card was charged and I recieved a confirmation of shipment e-mail with nothing in the e-mail. 6 hours later, my credit card information was stolen with charges from the UK being put on my card. Run away from cuisinartwebstore as fast as you can. A total scam.

After reviewing all the negative reviews, it was only fair to write one, since i received my product. Ordered a knob for the grille around july 4th. Received july 21.

Gave my request a full 7 business days. Then started the calls... on Monday... it was in que to be filled and sent out on wed. Called thur products have been back ordered... Just got in warehouse will go out friday. Called monday... and got the its in que. And finally said thats what i was told last week. The order did go out after the 3rd call.

Fyi. I had contacted paypal to stop payment. Paypal said the money has not been withdrawn. They have 30 days to withdraw and if not taken, the credit automatically goes back to you.

Good luck...

Oh... the knob... well... lets say... it aint working yet. The hole isnt large enough... i guess i will have to get the dremul tool out.

My Cuisinart food processor broke and I ordered a replacement top. I received one in the mail that was half the size of the one I needed even though it says it should fit the top on the description. I spoke to three agents and they sent me a new one and charged my card for the new one that was more expensive. Then they sent me the exact same one again! I told them there was no way I was going back to the post office to pay to send it back and they said they'd put a return label in the next package. I get the third package - EXACT SAME ONE AS THE FIRST. I received three of the completely wrong product, all identical. They must be mass producing these, selling them to customers and when it's the wrong one, telling them it is our mistake and continuing to charge our card more. It's been the WORST experience ordering online ever and it makes me afraid to ever do it again. I'm calling tomorrow and reporting them to the BBB.

I ordered two replacement parts for my cuisinart coffee maker on 6/20/17. These parts were in stock according to the website when I placed the order. Received an email confirmation of the purchase and another email confirming the order was being processed and a shipment notification would be coming soon. Fast forward to July 3, no shipment email. I called and after waiting on hold for 20 minutes i was told the item was on back order, but good news it had just come in the day before and was being processed to ship in two days (due to the July 4th holiday). Mind you, I never received notice that the items were on back order in the first place. Another week came and went with no shipping notice. I called again on July 10 and you would never believe what I heard when talking to the customer service agent. Yep, my parts were on back order, but good news... they had just come in the day before and were being processed to ship out tomorrow. I am now writing this review on July 17th, after having waited 30 minutes on hold to get an updated status because, shocker, nothing has shipped. Good news again today, parts were on back order and just showed up. They are being processed and will ship tomorrow. I cancelled my order because its clear THEY WILL NOT SHIP ANY PARTS. If they don't refund my card, I'll update this review.

I am very upset and should have read the reviews first so I would know not to order from this website. I placed an order back in April, still no parts! Someone finally got back to me on Jun 8th and said they were sending new parts with no charge, still nothing! I e-mailed this week and no response! I called today and got transferred a bunch of times to different people, no one can help! DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS!

I ordered a replacement paddle for my icecream maker at the beginning of June. The website clearly states that the part is in stock. I still haven't received the part in spite of numerous calls. They keep insisting that the part is backordered.
Summer is nearly over and I am still waiting.

They are liars and have awful customer service. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD SO FAR

Fraudulent Company

Placed an order for a replacement lid on my 3 in 1 cooker on 6/13/17. Credit card charged on 6/14/17. No lid received as of 6/30/17. Called the company and they said UPS delivered to the Post Ofiice vs my street address, interesting... Was told this lid was in stock and I should receive in 10 business days. As of today, still no lid. Called this company again today (7/14/17). Was put on hold for 1 hour. Today I was told the lid was on backorder, once again very interesting excuse... Was told more lids MIGHT be in a week from today and they would ship via 2 day shipping. I called my credit card company to request a refund. I ordered a new lid thru the real deal Cuisinart company at *******190. I told Cuisinart that this company is engaging in false representation of their company and engaging in fraudulent activity. I will be following up next week with the Connecticut Attorney General at *******318. I'll request a class action suite based upon the reviews of this site. I encourage the rest of you to do the same. Power in numbers gets people's attention. My goal is to get this company out of business.

I ordered parts for my espresso maker from this store through the cuisinart site. I requested the item be shipped via UPS because they would not accept my PO Box address - we do not have home delivery from USPS here. They shipped via "basic" UPS shipping which relies on USPS to make the final delivery, so now my parts have been returned as unable to deliver, and I could not get any response from sending emails. I went to cuisinart.com and called their customer service number, *******604 and after an interminable time on hold, spoke with a customer service rep with cuisinartwebstore.com, who told me it was my responsibility to follow the UPS tracking site and call them back when UPS showed it had been delivered back to them in order to have it reshipped via a method that would actually arrive at my house! He said that I may have to call back several times, because returned items sit in the warehouse until someone gets to them and they have hundreds of items returned everyday, and once someone checks it in, they could reship the package. I have requested they return my money and filed a resolution request with PayPal. These people are the contracted parts supplier for Cuisinart. I am never buying another Cuisinart appliance again!

AVOID this site, the store are not to be trusted - what's more there is no phone number to call when things go wrong and things will go wrong! I received confirmation of my order but three days later heard nothing more. The confirmation email stated that I could cancel my order prior to shipping. I tried to ring, but no phone number is listed on the web page, so I emailed. 24 hours later the reply said I couldn't cancel my order because it was at the warehouse (which is not in line with what the cancellation policy on the confirmation stated!) I wrote several emails trying to get someone to respond and action my cancellation request but no response. Then at 11pm the next night a delivery email is posted stating the goods are on the way. On this email is a tracking number. The tracking number link does not work and in trying to use the tracking number directly via the UPS site, it is not recognised. Of course on issuing the delivery email, Cuisinart charged my credit card.
So 9 days later I have no goods, no way of tracking them, no way of getting a response from the store and a debit from my credit card - AVOID THIS STORE!

Waste of time
April 7, 2016

I placed my order for a replacement food processor bowl through the actual Cuisinart site on March 24th, got an e-mail confirmation first from Cuisinart, then Cuisinart webstore on March 26th. I got suspicious that there may be a problem by the 31st, due to the lack of status update. I sent an inquiry, and 4 days later got an e-mail that the item was on backorder for at least 2 more weeks. I cancelled the order, then got an e-mail that due to their super-fast processing times, they may not be able to stop the order, but they would let me know shortly. That was 4 days ago. Needless to say, if I end up getting this item it will be marked Return to Sender, and a dispute will be filed with my credit card company. I could have lived without the part for a while, but in this day and age, where communication is a quick e-mail away, why would you repeatedly keep your customer guessing about things?

I ordered it from someone who actually had it in stock on April 4th, and it is already shipped and due to arrive tomorrow, April 8th.
