I received this always pan as a gift and absolutely love it! It's kept on my stove because I use it daily (for literally all my cooking needs) and it looks so pretty! I recently had an experience with customer service and have to say that it was the best ever. They care and they are there for their customers. Shipping was immediate and follow up by email was efficient. This company cares about their product and their customers and I recommend them to everyone I can. The pan is a bit on the expensive side, but it's well worth it!

I was given an "Always" 10.5" Non-stick Fry Pan from OUR PLACE as a gift. I've used it for almost 2 years, and have been very happy. Great non-stick surface, hefty weight and good handles. My only problem is that it's made in China. The pan is very well designed, and the company's mission and story are worthwhile, but how can you look the other way doing business with the Communist Chinese? The OUR PLACE support team assured me that their factory in China uses accepted, worldwide standards for fair trade and humane treatment. That's a laugh... First of all, the Chinese lie... Secondly, their factories, (maybe right next door), have the world's worst record for human and worker's rights... I have first-hand experience with their use of slave labor of entire families as well as poverty-level wages. What American companies will do to make a few extra bucks is shameful... make the product in Mexico or South America or Eastern Europe!... Since I received the pan as a gift, and it is well-made, I will continue using it. However, I would not recommend spending any money on this product.
