I've had — still have — 6-8 of their shirts and consider them an exceptional value: high quality and, especially when on sale, superb value.

DON'T BUY for them! I made a purchase, was charged $15 for shipping, shirts came, didn't fit at all, way to loose even for their super skinny fit. I decided to return them, and was charged $9 for the return, and was told the shipping was actually $16 because difference in currency! WTF! So I was out $25 for a giving them a try, what a mistake!

Aftercare of the shirts are terrible!. These shirts are more expensive than some high street brands, which we thought was better quality was absolutely horrendous when ironed as still creased even though it was sent to professional ironing company.

I ordered 4 shirts for my son's wedding. 2 of the shirts were not the right size and need to be returned and replaced. I already paid the duty and taxes by shipping to Canada., and paid an additional amount to send back 2 shirts for replacements. CT would not honor the fact that duty and taxes were paid initially and we are talking here replacing 2 shirts. As such I would have to pay twice the duty and taxe including $ 50 to send back the 2 shirts to the UK. BEWARE... these guys dont care. For them it is a money machine. Make sure before ordering, that your country is on their preferred list. Ive been a client for more than 20 years. But This is a SCAM. Avoid at all cost

Save aggravation and shop elsewhere. I ordered a custom dress shirt with 33.5 sleeves. Shirt arrived with one at 32 and one at 32.5. Return nightmare! Had to dispute charge as Tyrwhitt said it would be 4-12 months for them to evaluate shirt and give refund. UNBELIEVABLE!

I placed my order 6th of January. And as per delivery information it supposed to be delivered after 11 working days. Of course it never happened. I was following up with my order past 1 week, and I got an information that it would be delivered 22nd of January, which is actually today. And I didn't received any message, call or email I decided to follow up by myself and contacted by Live Chat. Gentleman who assisted has -0 experience how to handle customers or even what to say. He said that it would be delivered by today and after I asked a number, contact number with whom I could just call, he's telling me that my parcel get lost in transit and he offered me to replace it. He said that after parcel leaves warehouse, there's nothing they can do. Which looks and sounds so unprofessional. I decided to speak someone over the phone and I make a call. Gentleman who answered he's telling me that Shirt which I ordered on 6th of January, and I paid for it, unfortunately it's out of stock. I had no words to say or to express my anger. I've been waiting for so long and that's so disappointed! Such a brand Charles Tyrwhitt I wasn't expecting! Shame!

Charged on my credit card and also Charged Internation transaction fee on my credit card while I ordered in the United States. I will not use this company to order again

Have ordered at least 12 shirts over the past few years. Always buy on clearance or with coupon. Always get email confirmation and delivery as promised. Only interacted with customer service once and was not disappointed. Shirts seem. To be of good quality but all fits are cut too large for me. Take them to a tailor in Brooklyn and he recuts tm for about $25.00 and they. Fit better than made to. Order.

I wish I could give Charles Tyrwhitt Shirts a zero star review. A one star review is too good for this company. They refuse to let me exchange a gift shirt for a different color. My daughter gave me a shirt as a gift. She gave me the order number in case I wanted to return or exchange it. I used the company's return service on its website. The company now has my shirt. But they refuse to process my exchange because I am not the purchaser. They say only a purchaser can do a return or an exchange. They say a gift recipient cannot do this. On what planet can a gift recipient not exchange a shirt for a different color? Elliot is the one giving me this run-around. He makes all kinds of excuses. Please do not buy anything from this very disreputable shirt seller unless they sack Elliot and re-train the entire return and exchange staff.

Very disappointed that you don't get the sales tax back and they charge you an administration fee when I send back the 4 shirts that I bought from them. They don't mention that when you buy them and said to me your return them with no problem. I will never buy anything from Charles Tyrwhitt.

Half decent shirts if you get a coupon code. Ive effectively terminated my relationship with this company due to the absolutely horrendous (lack of) customer service. Ive been a loyal customer for many years and spent thousands at their online store. I tried to return a couple of brand-new, still in packaging, shirts but it was more than 6 months. Any other company would make a policy exception for a loyal long time customer but this place would not. They make these shirts in China and probably pay just a few dollars a piece for them and yet despite threatening to never shop with them again, they would not do anything to keep me as a customer. Their "policies" are more important than their customer service. You'll probably be fine if you dont have an issue, but dont expect customer service to help you out if you do. Really really shameful. Im never shopping with them again.

Fabric was high quality, but the neck on the tab collar shirts I had looked really weird when the shirt was worn without a tie. The collar of the shirt came up higher on my neck than usual, and the front looked wacky without a tie. So, the tab collar shirt is OK if you want a shirt to be worn with a tie, but I wouldn't consider wearing the shirts I got without a tie - better off going with another maker if you're looking for versatile shirts that look good with or without a tie.

Over the last 2 years, I've ordered 12 shirts as gifts for my son from Charles Tyrwhitt. A few days ago, I ordered 3 shirts to be sent to Switzerland (where he now works) as a birthday gift. A few days later, I receive an email from their fraud department; they were questioning the billing address to Switzerland. When I explained the situation they had no problem, "It will be sent on Monday". Today I receive another message and I call them: they can't process the order until I get authorization from my credit card company! Sorry, this is taking too much time! I will never go through the hassle with Charles Tyrwhitt again... my time is too valuable. Too bad... their shirts are nice.
