Big time scammers. I attempted to make a purchase and had 2 "error" codes both from my US based bank flagging them as SUSPECT.

Hi Jimmy and thanks for reaching out with your review.

We are a very well established English company with over 35 years of selling fantastic quality shirts and other menswear both here in the UK as well as in America. We have several stores in the US, as well as more than a dozen in the UK. This is all by way of saying we are absolutely a genuine company and this is easily verifiable by looking online and checking our Feefo reviews for example. We have thousands of very happy US-based customers as well as here at home and elsewhere internationally.

We do sometimes find that US customers, especially, when ordering for the first time will find their payments fail. This is almost always due to us being a UK company, and many US banks/card issuers do not automatically allow international purchases without first contacting them to unlock this. Once done, there shouldn't be any issues with payment.

“Solid product, but VERY slow!”

I have used legacy box on three occasions. The product that I received back is exceptional. However their process is incredibly slow. I placed my last order on April 8 and it took almost 2 weeks to get my box to send my items. Then I received a message on May 5 that they had received my package so now it is approaching one month since I placed my order and my products have not even begun to process. They are typical turnaround time from order placed until items received is typically close to six weeks.
