STAY AWAY from this company! The WORST experience ever! They never delivered the shirt I ordered, upon following up several time with them they offered me a replacement shirt or a money back (that too 42 days after placing the order! Order# wus*******) Their customer care executives are rude as if they are doing any favor to you. I patiently waited for 40 days for order to be delivered but at the end I never received it. I will never order anything from Ctshirts. Shame on you CTShirts!
Scam Alert. Coupon Codes work when you order, but they the full amount hits your credit card. Do not order from this company.
I've made two orders. The first was cancelled almost immediately after payment by them. They said it was a fault of intermediary but they will reimburse the money in 3-5 days and I should make a new order. I did it, paid again and received a message that order was shipped. After more than a week I haven't received reimbursement for my first order, instead I received a message that my second order was also cancelled (due to fire in parcel warehouse). Right now I have no money and no shirts and consider reporting a fraud to the police.
Twice now, I have had difficulty with shipping from Charles Tyrwhitt. I'm pending an order now which is already 1 week beyond the predicted receipt date of 3 March 2017. My previous order was in late 2016 when they shipped me someone else's order. The problem was corrected certainly, but I had to do the leg work to send the order back. Both times, CT was unable to track my parcels. While I like the quality of the product, I am obviously not satisfied with the process of shipping.
I had a defective shirt and brought it back to the store and they would not replace it. It's true that I waited too long after the warranty period but I didn't actually start wearing it until recently. It was very obvious that the shirt was in great condition. On one shirt that was supposed to be non iron, it came out all wrinkled after the first washing. I have ordered from them previously and liked their products. It's a shame they treated me like this. I will be going elsewhere for shirts.
I received an offer in the mail for 3 shirts for $99. After reviewing the offer and checking online, I decided to give them a try. I am a very experienced web shopper but their website was one of the most difficult to navigate I have experienced. Finally gave up and called them - their solution - use a different browser, I used Edge, Internet Explorer and Google - none were any better. Promo code did not work. Called again. They were to call me back - never happened. Called again - finally placed order on telephone. Two weeks later shipment arrives less one shirt which was back ordered. The shirt were average quality, tight in the shoulders but thought they were ok given price. But then I noticed NO LEFT CHEST POCKET, NO BUTTON on the shirt sleeve vent. This is standard on any shirt I purchase in the U.S. and certainly a deceptive cost cutting move. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I am returning the shirts - having learned my lesson.

Quality is good, 100% cotton.
I didn't realize the shirt sizes are bit different to what I though it would be. I ordered slim fits however according to CT, the extra slim fits should be equivalent of slim fits in AUS (should have researched their sizing guides before buying - it was my mistake), I rang up the Customer Care they were kind enough to offer me replacement to extra slim fit shirt once I return the originals. I didn't want to :) as I am happy with it as is.

Definitely be warned about the customer service of this Company. Everything seems great and well unless you actually try to cause this company any sort of monetary loss.
I placed an order of 5 shirts and shortly thereafter (about 8 months after I had placed the order) I had one shirt rip in the elbow. I often find this will happen with lower quality shirts; and was definitely shocked to find out that it happened with a CT shirt. I had after all read so much about the companies commitment to the highest quality before I placed the order. I wrote to customer service and also attached pictures with proof; requesting that I be credited for the value of my shirt (even though I pay 18% import duties + shipping to get it to Canada - but oh well, figured I wouldn't complain about my losses there). I was sent back a generic response which was a pre-written message apologizing to me for the situation and saying there's nothing they can do.
As a 25 year old with a whole business career ahead of me - I find this to be incredibly stupid business. Their company won't forgoe a potential $10euro cost to compensate me for this loss.
Terrible customer service, will not be ordering again and will not be recommending this to any friends, coworkers or family.
Some weeks ago I bought chinos x 4 pair. Last weekend I put on the British green pair, for the first time. I went to button up the button inside & to the side of the fly & the button fell into my hand. My latest buy were casual shirts x 2. The sleeves differed in length, from 1 shirt to the other, by 3 cm. I returned the blue shirt to be altered. Am waiting on its return.
Have been happy with the clothes & service, consequently was willing to let the first mishap "go through to the keeper", but the shoddiness of the poorly sewn button has me questioning the "final check" before dispatch.
Time will tell if I buy again.

Customer service at it's worst. I was misled by a website glitch which was acknowledged. All I got was a return address!
Charles Tyrwhitt shirts. The absolute best wrinkle free / non iron shirts available at any price. Puts Brooks Brothers, Black Brown, and Jos A Bank to shame. The shirts come out of the dryer looking like they were just professionally cleaned and pressed. Shirts can be customized with various sleeve lengths or a pocket can be added at a nominal charge.
The items are shipped from the UK so shipping times can be slightly longer than normal but reasonable.
Although normal price is $150-$160 per shirt for the non-iron's. They go on sale quite often at $40 - $50 each and are well worth it at that price.
The only downside that I have found is that many styles tend to be a little too modern or flashy for a traditional office setting although there is a nice selection of traditional styles to choose from.
