I bought 4 shirts - all were shipped from UK (not china)!
Quality is good, 100% cotton.

I didn't realize the shirt sizes are bit different to what I though it would be. I ordered slim fits however according to CT, the extra slim fits should be equivalent of slim fits in AUS (should have researched their sizing guides before buying - it was my mistake), I rang up the Customer Care they were kind enough to offer me replacement to extra slim fit shirt once I return the originals. I didn't want to :) as I am happy with it as is.

Yes - I will buy from them again!

My title says it all - I just a very bad experience with cvnow after paying for a mid-level managers package for ~$200 AUD.
It has been nearly a month and the writer still hasn't provided me the cv. I'm going to name all the culprits I have dealt with so far so you don't make the same mistake.
It all started off with the cvnow critic "KATIE" - she sent out constant advertisement email to me about their offers. I replied to her several times and no response. Finally she responded to my query and I paid for the service.
A writer was assigned "NATASHA" to me after i paid and completed a questionnaire - they call their writers as industry experts and its absolute fake. The writer has absolutely no idea about cv writing, she took my old cv I submitted and provided me a 1 page document - I was baffled to see her output. It didn't have any changes (no changes to wordings, content, input from their out cv critic). Inspite of all that she didn't include any of my experience, lot of certifications were missing, she has also added fake details like "GPA score" in my masters degree - these idiots have absolutely no idea that its not called GPA score here in AUS.

I sent several strong emails to her (NATASHA), and the initial sales lady (KATIE) and I haven't received any proper response. Explanation from Natasha was that they somehow only got 1st page of my 8 pages cv. The writer doesn't produce the document on the promised date, after my last email - the writer said that she'll incorporate all the changes and revert back by Tuesday - damn it, its been a week and no emails from her yet. To add to this, she doesn't email reason for a delay and expected ETA. The sales lady Katie doesn't follow. I emailed the support team several times "support@ cvnow.com" and I have not received a single reply from them.

About the actual content in their so called improved cv: No proper editing, have no idea about how to improve the content, it was just a copy paste into their template.

I'm going to take legal action against these guys. Waste of my time, money, and effort dealing with these guys.

All the 5 star ratings in this website for cvnow is absolute fake "DO NOT BELIEVE IT" - if you want genuine cv writing company go somewhere else not with these guys.
