Crutchfield is absolutely amazing! Prices are extremely afforable, support is free and very friendly, and the install instructions for every car is uncluded. I'm so impressed with them, that I'm a customer for life.

After searching on the Crutchfield web site and easily finding what I was looking for I placed my order and it was delivered to my front door in less than 24 hours. My order also included any instructions needed and a support number in case I had questions. Placed my first order 30 years ago and still a happy customer.

Speakers came with all adapters for my car, so they just plugged in. I had issues with billing and customer support was extremely quick and helpful when diagnosing the problem. Finally I was sent a personalized guide on how to remove and replace the stereo and speakers in my car. On top of all this, I know that they'll replace anything that breaks free of charge.

I always love how easy it is to get hooked up, from the size of speakers needed in your car, to being able to filter down from literally tons of head units, to the ones that have just the options i want.

I have not used it yet. I want to use it for a wireless hook up on my sleep number bed. Do you iknow if it will do that job? I found the product on a sleep number web site.

I first started using your company in the late eighties when I put together my first AV system, with a Pioneer 1080 and a Super Beta VCR. Those were the days, anyway back to the subject at hand. I received my Retro Sound (Monterey) with the Pioneer speakers a couple of days ago. Very nice set up for my 1952 Ford F1 pickup, looks very close to original with all the modern conviences and is very good quality

Sent the wrong face plate with radio had to reorder some where else. Poor navigation for a expensive product. Volume poor, voice for navigation is not there without radio being full blast. This is a jension radio for a dodge truck.

I cannot comment on the TV that I bought because it is still in the box. The support I received before buying it was superb. I answered several questions and they had prompt answers. I had a last question on a Saturday and got the answer on Sunday. My past experience with Crutchfield has always been positive. Their prices are competitive and you get the good stuff, not that shipped to chain stores.
