You'll get the cheapest rates on this website and the agents are always there for whenever you need any assistance, they will even go out of their regular duties and will help out on everything you need covered!

I recently booked a cruise and I would check in periodically to see how the prices fluctuate as the sail date approaches. On this particular cruise, I noticed the price we paid for an interior stateroom was now the price for a balcony! I called Cruise Direct and spoke with Kyle who called Norwegian to see if they could upgrade our cabin at no charge because of the price change and I was pleasantly surprised when Kyle informed me that they upgraded us! Thank you Kyle for your help and thank you Norwegian for your hospitality!

We booked a cruise with CruiseDirect.com two years ago - it was our first cruise and we had a wonderful time with no hitches.

We wanted to book another cruise and as I am now very hard of hearing I went on to the online chat Our chat agent was extremely helpful especially as its difficult for me to use the telephone which she didnt see as a problem at all and we are looking forward to our cruise on 6th February which I am sure will be just as enjoyable as the last.

We look forward to booking for our next cruise with CruiseDirect.com

Great Customer Service

My experience with Cruisedirect was excellent. I dealt with Vincent Valdez and he was very helpful and guided me thru the whole process. He was very patient as I had plenty of questions about the cruise. I know for sure I will book my next cruise with them.

My first time using a site such as cruise direct to book my vacation. The dates for the cruise I wanted were not available so I called and spoke with a cruise advisor, Ryan, he check as well without any luck. Ryan gave me his telephone number with extension and told me to keep calling back and to continue to check the website for any availability that may just pop up. I spoke with him several times and he went out of his way to be helpful, very pleasant to speak with and followed up with me several times. A few days after I was booked I received a lovely email from Ryan wishing me a great day and that he was happy that I got "my golden ticket". A huge shout out to Ryan Grulke! Keep up the fantastic work!

This company purposely not notifying me for the final payment so my
Reservation was cancelled. I then call the Cruise company and was told
The agent was never requested to reactivate my booking. Thats because
With they make more money by doing a new reservation and let you lose
The deposit. They do this on purpose and lied to the customer that the
Reservaton is cancelled and cannot be reactivated. Stay away. Completely
Illegit business to deal with.

I am so sorry to hear that your booking was canceled! Our system sends out 2 automated emails and then an agent calls and emails the guest prior to a booking canceling due to nonpayment so I would like to review this and see what I can do to help you here. I can assure you we never want to lose a booking so we would not intentionally let a booking cancel. If you do lose your deposit, the cruise line is the one that keeps that money, so there is no motivation for us to try and trick you into losing money. Can you please reach out to me at mmartin@cruisedirect.com so I can find out what happened to your automated emails and try to work my magic to get the booking reinstated? I really want to get this resolved for you but I need more information to do so.

I spoke to Carlos Garcia via the online chat since i had an enquiry on Speciality Dining for the cruise I had just reserved with Norwegian Line. He promised to make enquiries with the cruise line. He came back to me with a reply and he did so before the day was out. Very easy way to communicate and an efficient way to solve an issue, especially with me residing outside the US. Thanks.

Enrique with Cruise Direct went to bat for me to get a full refund when the cruise line itinerary was changed. Because of some confusion with the travel group I was in I missed the deadline to cancel my cruise. The cruise line refused multiple times to give the refund. When I explained what happened to Enrique, he went to bat to get me the refund anyway. He ROCKS! And I'm happy.

Hans Vega was amazing. My husband and I have poured over cruise sites for weeks knowing that we have budget and time for a cruise with the family, but sites are not set up for groups of 5. Some are "kids free" but then it doesn't ask for ages. Others ask for ages, but don't have all the options - why? Hans Vega proactively explained the cruise industry and room booking. He quickly searched all the room combos I asked for and also proactively found an alternative cruise with one room for my whole family. Overall GREAT experience. AND he put on hold on 3 options for us so that my husband and I could take time to consider knowing that they won't disappear. Now we can confidently select our dream holiday and just put down the deposit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND CRUISE Direct and the CHAT box is super helpful. Thank you!

Kyle Hirano answered all our questions and went above and beyond to help us get the best pricing possible. When we were booking the cruise lines computers were down. Kyle took our phone calls each time until we could get through to make the reservations. Not only did he show patients with the cruise lines computers but with all of our questions regarding gift cards. Kyle you are the best! Cruisedirect gave us the best pricing and best service.

Not good with technology

Jose Flores, one of your reps was very helpful getting information on a cruise i was trying to research for next year as a gift for my husband. I am not good with researching the web and when i went into the chat he was able to look it all up and send me all the information he gathered for me and sent it via emaill to me promptly.

Glad I did. Not even the president of Carnival could have been more knowledgeable and
Helpful as Kyle. He was able to answer all my questions and some I had not even thought to
Ask. He helped me to pick out the best deck for my needs and I believe will make my cruise
The most enjoyable for us. I certainly will use cruise direct again and hope I get Kyle.

They have the best customer service I have ever used. I have a cruise for May 8 the today is may 4th I did all my paperwork for express broarding on my computer when I went to print it out my computer broke. I couldn't print the passes. I was so upset that I would have to make the line at the dock. I call them an ask if they could fax me a copy of my broarding pass they told me they could that they will mail it. Well today they sensed someone to my house with the broarding pass. They are like about 2 hours away from my house. But my agent made sure that I got the passes. I have travel many times and this is the first time. Something like this has ever happen to me. ( my mother is in hospice at home that why I couldn't go somewhere else to print the passes) I will never use another agency other than cruise direct. That was my experience with them. Thank you so much
