I booked my cruise so fast I chose the wrong date and used the chat service and not only that, but i had forgotten my past passenger information also and customer service changed my booking and was able to request an upgrade for me. I have booked several cruises through CruiseDirect and I have nothing bad to say about the booking process, prices, or customer service. I had an issue with a booking once (because I clicked the wrong date like an idiot) and I called them right away and everything was fixed with no questions. My most recent discussion with an employee was exceptional! Jorge Rodriguez was my representative and he was polite, prompt, and knowledgeable with the questions I asked. I have done many vacation reservations on-line, but this has been the best so far. I was hosted by Jeramae Doon and it has been such a delight to be advised and pampered as if we have been in touch for years. Took care of all details, had patience to resolve all my questions (many of them) and help me book my reservation in the most safe way. I loved the experience and I would recommend it to all.
I booked a cruise to Cuba with this company in April 2017. We had until June 2017 to pay this trip off. My travel buddy and I called repeatedly to make a payment on our cruise and they would not accept any payments stating that our cruise was paid in full. We communicated to them that that was not possible as my travel buddy had not paid her portion. They along with Norwegian communicated that no payments were needed because it was paid in full. On July 13th I happened to check my account and the amount for the cruise had been refunded and our cruise was cancelled with no communications from them on their end. I called them repeatedly to understand why this took place and they stated that their was a glitch in their system that didn't show the payment. They did not accept fault for this we were required to pay $400 more in order to book with Norwegian directly. NEVER will I ever use their services again!
There was a bug happened in the cruise company. $190 disappeared from the deposit I paid. Hans was so patient to help me. He called the cruise company and settled a very considerate solution. Would like to book again because of you, Hans.

On this particular cruise, I noticed the price we paid for an interior stateroom was now the price for a balcony!
