Don't believe their price guarantee, and be aware of the hidden fee to change/cancel by cruisedirect. They want $35 per person to cancel even cruiseline doesn't charge. False advertisement. They said no cancellation fee but then try to charge $35 per person They claim to be BBB Accredited Business but there is no record of them in bbb.org Don't believe their 'Book with confident' but they don't back it

So we booked a cruise with cruise direct this year. Once they had our money they were not interested in communicating with us much anymore. We had several problems booking into the cruise company only to find out the cruise company also had misinformation. This was not the fault of cruise direct.

But I can assure you that between the two of them persistently passing the buck neither company attempted to contact me directly I even posted on Facebook pages complaints trying to contact these companies numerous phone calls numerous live chat with promises repeated promises to contact me in 48 hours. Meantime I initiated almost all contacts. Still they pass the buck to the other company

Very very poor customer service on the part of both companies.

I had never been to the cruise direct website and I clicked on the chat option. I had the pleasure of interacting/chatting with Hans Vega who not only answered my questions as I was trying to book 2 rooms at a time for 4 people. Hans was so nice to offer to help me with the booking as I needed the rooms either next to each other or across the hallway. He really made a difference and I appreciated his honesty and transparency. I am referring other friends to him to help with their booking.

Ure, I'd be happy to!

I had a rough time trying to book a family cruise trip with other links. Cruise direct was extremely useful, even we had a little issue with the cruise line, Eugene Marc called me as he committed with me. He was so attentive, easy to work with, explained everything as well, understood my needs, and accommodated my party of 8 according with my requirements. I'm glad to contact Cruise Direct and their professional team.

We apologize for the misprint on our site. All bookings made as of Nov 1,2021, can cancel without any cancellation fee from the agency. This does not include any cruise line penalties, however, as an agency we do not charge any cancellation fee.

We do have a best-price guarantee as long as we follow the rules and regulations of the cruise line. All bookings are subject to request for a price match as long as it is prior by at least 1 day before the final payment date. Once the final payment date arrives all bookings are locked into what they have.

I am very impressed with the wonderful customer service from "Jose Floes" today. He worked with me on several reservations and was patient and very helpful. He went the extra mile and contacted the cruise line to verify things were done correctly. I will use CruiseDirect again in the future. Thank you!

Thank you for going above and beyond! Enrique was so attentive and practical that he went out of his way to change our cruise even when RC system was down. He did as soon as it was back running and sent me a confirmation email with updated requests.
It was so easy to chat with CruiseDirect whenever I needed, they were always there!
Thank you guys and keep it up!

For quite a few years our family has been choosing CruiseDirect as our major instrument to book cruises. Does not matter we live in Europe, we always received very good care and most satisfying service from the Customer Service before and even after a cruise. Recently we booked cruise with NCL but could not resolve issue of their CruiseNext deposit, how to add it to our payments. We tried to get answers from NCL via e-mails but did not receive answer apart of confirmation of e-mail receipt. Mr. Enrique Bravo was a CS person who interfered, helped to find traces of the deposit and add it to payments already done. Many thanks to him and other Customer Service colleagues! Good work!

I was trying to help my parents get their accounts set and receive their electronic tickets to finalise their trip. I had no idea how to do this and started a chat with Jorge. How lucky for me! Such a kind, fast and practical person. Jorge kindly showed me what to do step by step. And when i encountered a problem, he went out of his way by offering to do it himself.

We have been booking our cruises through CruiseDirect for a few years now and have always had great service and best prices. Even when we have questions or want to change or upgrade something, it is very easy to do so. Today, Maria was a great help. Thank you!

CruiseDirect is great! I use them to book every cruise. The customer service is top notch, they always offer the most on board credit/extras, and my cruising goes off without any problems. I will only book through them going forward

We had tried different websites to book a cruise and had many troubles. Until we found Crusie Direct and the online chat support was amazing. Our Jorge Jorge Rodriguez was amazing and helped us every step of the way! He helped us find a room, with the package we wanted and was right there with me every step of the way! If the cruise is anything like the young man that helped us, we will be delighted. Best experience ever. Thank you!

Tip for consumers:
Cruise direct had great pricing and customer service. Chat was available at 11:00 est. Nice to know you can get someone when you need help.

One of the worst online service. Customer service is like dealing with children. Have no answer to your question. I do not recommend this site to anyone. Very poor service and the people are not knowledgeable about what is going on. Go directly to the cruise line website for your booking.

The customer service person, Eugene Bent assisted me with all the questions arisen on payment probs in a very efficient and friendly manner.
He was so patient and helpful as I was fuming about the probs with the payment from Ukraine. The only way to solve the problem with the payment was either contacting our bank in Ukraine which was useless or calling MSC. Mentioning it costs me a fortune to call the USA from Ukraine, they made me a call immediately and sorted out my problem. I do appreciate your help, guys, and thank you for the possibility to touch the world via your cruises even living in the middle of nowhere. Good work! Eugene Bent deserves a bonus))

I have done many vacation reservations on-line, but this has been the best so far. I was hosted by Jeramae Doon and it has been such a delight to be advised and pampered as if we have been in touch for years. Took care of all details, had patience to resolve all my questions (many of them) and help me book my reservation in the most safe way. I loved the experience and I would recommend it to all.
