I bought $280 worth of clothing from here. I know... stupid. It took 7 weeks to get here. I did not like one single item. I'm trying to return it all. Nope. Best they can do so far is credit me $27. Wait! What?!?! I'm going to keep fighting. If I could give no I would!
I ordered 4 items, only 1 of them actually looked and felt like the photo and description. Not only that but it took 30+ days to arrive. After receiving the products and realizing how terribly made they were, I emailed the company (as stated on the return process on their site) and they barely agreed to accept my returns but now have denied receiving my USPS package to China 35 days after I sent them. Don't waste your time or money!
I ordered a dress, jumpsuit, and shirt. The dress was made out of paper towels and would be lucky to fit a toddlers thigh. The jumpsuit has rips everywhere and the seam was busted. The shirt came with a huge stain right on the front! To top it off, when I went to return all 3 items because their website promises easy returns, they wouldn't let me! They said word for word "our profit is too low to allow you to return". A company can't be run without customers, so you might want to think of them before your profit! I wish I could give them 0 starts. Do not waste your money.
This is false advertising, pretending to be a company in the US but really in China. The three items I ordered which I finally got after about 8 weeks. The items were no way adult sizes and the quality was so so poor. I was told that it was to expensive for me to return the items, they would give me $9.00 for my $100.00 order? Also that they would give me 15% on my next order! Do not ever order from this company because you will be so disappointed and will never get your money back. WHAT A JOKE!
I ordered five items. They do not fit and are poor quality AND it's impossible to return. I spent over $180 on several sweaters and tops... theu offered me a measly $15 dollars. No returned label as shipping would have to be on be and that was outrageous!,,
Terrible product and returns. The quality is horrible and the sizing is way off. I paid international shipping to return the items for "full refund" an they would not refund my purchase as they claimed I had worn the items. This is false as they items did not fit. The charge came across my account under Crisdress however the name on instagram is Dailygirlm. Do not order from this company, the clothes are not quality and getting a refund has been all but impossible. All the reviews on the site where 5 stars which should have been my first clue.

I ordered two items for $62. They arrived 25 work days after I ordered, even though they said they would arrive 8-15 days. When they finally arrived, the contents inside the package were soaking wet and smelled of mildew. When I contacted customer service they said "plz don't worry" and that the smell was "dyestuff". They offered me $6 to keep the items, explaining that there was little profit in it for them, since they are located in China. I was offered to ship back, but I'd have to pay the entire shipping cost. When I explained that the reason I didn't want it was because of their poor shipping process and the items arriving mildewy and wet, that didn't change anything. Then they have the audacity to offer 15% off my next order- like I would ever order from them again. Do not order anything from Crisdress- worst experience ever.
I can't even call this a company - I have never in my life seen anything like them - I had the same experience as all the others that have written reviews - took 10 weeks to receive my order that total $150 - the items were not worth $10 - contacted them to return and they told me they don't make much profit - could I just keep that items and give away to my friends or sell for cheap - and they offered me $10 and a discount on another order! They are out of China, but everything shows up as California. I am disputing the charge - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

This is a horrid "company." Their website is FULL of false information that you don't realize until AFTER you complete the purchase. NOWHERE on the site do they state that they are a China based company, until AFTER your order is complete. They claim "DOMESTIC SHIPPING" to apply to U.S. and Canada, implying they are a stateside business. They claim FAST SHIPPING yet it took over a month to receive the items. They claim HIGH QUALITY CLOTHING yet the clothing is made from cheap, low quality fabrics. Every item I ordered was entirely too large to be a small. Every item came with it's own, very strong chemical smells. After requesting a refund, well within their refund qualifications, completely willing to return clothing at my expense, they tried to negotiate with me to give an $8 refund and 15% off my next purchase. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Clothing was 1/10 as nice as shown on website. Material appeared to be reused/reswen. Customer service email offered me less money than what I paid to keep the items, said it would be too difficult for me to return items to China, and refused to give me return instructions on four attempts.

The dresses were cheap fabric and I wanted to return them. They would not give me their return address (as stated in their online return policy), choosing to refund me $7 on a $75 purchase. I will give the dresses to a charity, but would never order from this entity again.

And its Casidress... The products seems quite nice, but two of the tops shown in their photos are advertised as circle necks and shown with the girls wearing them off the shoulder, one cream with the word blonde on it, the other navy with slogan Love Peace Begins. There is not a cat in hells chance that anyone could wear these off the shoulder, they are far too small and tight to do this. Literally a ten year old just tried both tops on, and they could slip one side down the shoulder, thats how tight they are.
A blatant attempt at false advertising, and now given the complaints above, its evident this company is based in China, no wonder they've made the necks large enough for a ten year old to actually wear them off the shoulder, they have no realistic idea about sizing. DO NOT BOTHER purchasing from this company, what a joke, i wont waste my time contacting them either, given everyone elses comments. WHAT A JOKE, i think i saw this advert on instagram or facebook i will be contacting them in due course. Off the shoulder tops by ar**.
Made a purchase, two shirts, one dress & a pair of jeans. $129 total. I finally got my stuff 1 month later. Nothing was anything like in the pictures. Cheap, thin material. The jeans were paper thin and not even close to what they were supposed to be. I sent them an email saying I wanted to return and get a refund. Six emails later, after being bribed to keep the items, or sell them, or just give to a friend. They offered me $12, then $16, then $22 to keep them. I told them I was going to contact the BBB and my Lawyer if they didn't send me a return label. Finally they sent me the address. But to send them back to China will cost ME more money than it's worth, especially not knowing if I'll ever see my return money. So trust me when I say "Don't buy from Crisdress" EVER!
I ordered 3 dresses, when they arrived they were bad material with no stretch and defiantly not worth the price! Once I open the package and knew I wanted to return I sent an email stating this to them. I sent from 2 different email addresses of mine to get the quickest response. They replied with the same generic automatic message, asking if I could kindly keep them and not ask for my money back. They explain it is to much of a hassle to return and thanks for under standing!? Are you kidding me! I replied NO this is not excepted and completely unprofessional!
