They are terrible, have been trying to get a response from them since I returned my items and I have not heard anything!
They are unresponsive and lie. Asked me to mail back items once I did never heard from them again.
Only email is provided as they are most likely overseas. They responded quickly in my situation, but were not helpful in returning items that are in line with their return policy
