Within 10 minutes of watching a movie, the ads come up and then the LG G5 ad just repeats, and repeats and repeats. So i have to shut it off. And you can resume. What the hell's the point?

If I watch a show... As soon as a commercial happens, it will restart the show from the beginning. Constantly fast forwarding to where I was last. Stupid... Delete Crackle.
THE MOVIES STOP ALL THE TIME, THEN THERE IS NO SOUND, THE ONLY THING THAT RUNS ARE THE ADDS, THE SAME ADDS ALL THROUGH THE MOVIE USUALLY 2 TYPES OVER AND OVER AND OVER AND OVER, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHY HAVE THIS SIGHT ON THE NET? WHEN IT F UPS ALL THE TIME, AND THE MOVIES WHEN YOU CAN SEE THEM NEVER GET CHANGED, AND THERE OLDER THEN ME AND THATS OLD!
Everytime I get into a movie or t. V. show it kicks back to home almost everytime a Red Lobster ad comes on it kicks me out. I know this is free but damn shouldn't you be able to enjoy it too?
I can watch all streaming networks but when I try to watch Crackle, the movies never finish. Always a problem. Never again.

It's got a ton of playback issues, if I go back to a movie and it start over again, and it's got way too many commercials. And just pausing it makes it go back for some reason!
Just downloaded and i am unimpressed. Pressed the play on a movie. The commercial played fine but not the movie. After reading the negative comments I am removing it now.
There are too many commercials I was watching a show commercial came on eight of them the show came on for 1 minute and seven more commercials came back on
Extremely a lot of the same commercials. Old and low budget movies and shows. There are a lot of better movie apps out there. It's a waste of time with this app.
I am trying to relax and watch a movie, i just had surgery on my wisdom teeth and i want to enjoy a movie. Well the ADS are REPETITIVE and sometimes they will repeat the ads over and over and over and over and not play the DAMN MOVIES! I have had to sign out MANY times and restart a movie because the ADS won't stop playing. I have the stupid ADS stuck in my head. I have been trying to watch this one movie but the ADS played for 20 DAMN MINUTES! OVER AND OVER AND OVER! So guess what, i had to sign right back out and start over again! I enjoy when i can watch a movie, but when the ads take over and won't let the movie play, that's when i rethink the stars i should give "CRACKLE"
My reasoning why I find Crackle very annoying is that!
1. Same TV shows and some movies on the app and it seems as if they never switch it up or add new shows to their app but some movies.
2. Too many commercials like almost every 2 mintues you can't even watch anything.
So yes they do have some good movies on the app but you can hardly use it because it's almost the same $#*!. CRACKLE PUT MORE MOVIES AND SHOWS ON THERE AND HAVE LESS COMMERCIALS OR SOMETHING. I CAN'T STAND YOUR APP ANYMORE. SMH I wish i can give it NO ratings because of how bad I think their app is.
Commercials! Timed the frequency, 5 minutes of movie then 1.5 minutes of commercials! Regular TV is better! This is a horrible app for movies, great app for commercials!
I would like the service, but there are way too many commercials. I don't mind sitting through commercials, but crackle is the worst. The commercials are excessive. I won't use crackle again.
Your app is $#*!ing crap always stopping in buffering needs to be fixed I'm about to delete itand I'm going to go on social media and tell people not to even download this app

Too Many Commercials and No Volume Normalization! Volume on commercials goes very high depending on the commercial. There is no normalization happening. Also way too many commercials.
I like the site overall but i hate the fact that the movies expire within a certain amount of time and i also dont like the fact that the editors get to pick the videos that they will add to the site
