When watching comedians in cars getting coffee, the computer shuts down. during the middle of the broadcast, the screen goes blank and the pc makes a loud humming sound and i have to turn it off and on to get going again. this happens regardless of the operating system: internet explorer, firefox or chrome - always the same results. wtf? Sorry Love, I don't have any answer for you. I have given up on Crackle and have deleted them from my Smart TV apps. And they have not responded or fixed their site. One would wonder what they do all day to earn their pay? The POPCORN site is even worse - the Movies don't even play at all! Rosalind

I gave up on crackle. The only program it would let me watch is their own production with jerry steinfeld. All movies and other programs crash, not worth the trouble.

Using a ps3 for crackle. trying to figure out what is going on as i go into my viewed history to see a movie i started to watch and didn't get through it all. my viewing history number changes constantly in my profile? i am just trying to get back to my history to figure out what movie it was i started watching? im stuck... anybody been here and figured this part out? seems inconsistent!

Hi Tracy: From Rosalind. There is no answer. It appears that every TV set operates differently with CRACKLE and some people have no problem with viewing the Movies. AND IT SEEMS THAT CRACKLE HEADQUARTERS REALLY DON'T CARE - AS THEY MUST READ THESE COMPLAINTS. I have removed CRACKLE from my TV line-up. Sorry - we are at the Mercy of Technology and Corporate Minds - I DON'T CARE - BECAUSE NOT EVERYONE HAS A PROBLEM VIEWING OUR MOVIES.

So the movies are cool and the commercials are not bad but i'm watching movies and after the third commercial break the movies restart from a previous point and when i try to get back to where it was it buffers forever, if i could fix this it would be a very great movie app, any suggestions?

You turn it off, and you don't turn it on again. Don't listen to any of the positive reviews for this crap wagon of advertising nonsense. This site is the worst! It is not about providing content you can watch, it is about providing an advertisement so they can get paid. Hopefully you will sit through enough of them before you figure it out.

Why doesn't crackle use a closed captioning option?

Hello, you have excellent movies but the streaming is so bad - constantly get "oh somethings wrong" the commercials don't seem to have a problem-

Why can't i finish a single movie? this is the third movie i have tried to watch and it cut off and the whole screen just turns black!!!!!!!
