Cracker Barrel

Cracker barrel food has gotten so bad.Last time I got multiple things with my family because we wanted to try everything, and it was all so nasty. The shrimp was doughy and the chicken was so undercooked. Also, people were very rude when we asked for a refill for water. Im never going to eat there. I'll only go look at the little shop they have. Also last time I went, the bathrooms were so freaking nasty I had to wait till we got home

They must have been short handed. Most waiters were running almost be not ours.
She charged for a full smokehouse breakfast, which comes with all the fixings. Well I just had toast 2 eggs and 2 sausage. It came out the same! 2.79 for 2 pieces of not very good toast! Eggs are the small ones and they went up in price as did the coffee and sausage. Not worth it.

I had a bad experienced with Cracker Barrel and it was with a shift manager on 7/28. I wrote a full review on their website. Till this date no one from guest experiences has aver called me. Poor customer service. I doubt I will ever go back. When I tried to call Guest services all I got was busy signals.

Slop is what we got. Not real Turkey, a Turkey Roll. Each dinner had 1med slice,
And 1 small slice of turkey. Dressing? You
Got to be kidding, worst ever. No gravy no
Mashed potatoes. Sweet Potatoes fair. Entire
Dinner plate looked like slop. Everything was
Cold. We ordered 6 dinners the pumpkin pie
Must of been sliced by a kid. 2 med slices,
2 small slices and 2 baby slices. Never ever
Will we order or go to Cracker Barrel.

Not a good place for dessert. Peach cobbler was 2 pieces of canned peaches under a wafer and a tiny scoop of ice cream. Strawberry cheesecake just a spoonful size. Coffee was cold! This is the store in Springhill florida

As you can see, we got a dirty fork, we requested another one and never came, I got up and went to grab one from the host. Even that one was a bit dirty, we had to clean it. Waitress never came to check on us for refills, or if we needed anything. Additionally, we requested biscuits and other condiments and had to ask twice for us to get it. We never got any water, per the manager they now only serve water if it's requested. After speaking to the manager about the service, waitress came and dropped the water, ticket and left all upset. The quality of the food was poor, as the mashed potatoes were water down, and food was not brought to us per our request; well done eggs. Never coming to this location again.

Cracker barrel has always been my favorite restaurant to eat at and sometimes shop out Long hollow Pike is a big disappointment to me it's always been my favorite location my food was cold it was nasty did not taste good the bacon was hard rock solid the biscuits were cold everything about the whole order was cold my order number is 956-90-9570 I would like a replacement or I'd like my money back thank you and have a great day my phone number *******975 if you care to text me or you can email me at *******@gmail.com

4 of us went last night for dinner.Feb 4th 2023. We got there at 5:30. Waiter came right away and took our order, after watching others walk in after us and got their food, we asked where our food was. By then others were walking out. We finally saw a manager after one of the four of us found her, and she was very rude. We saw her walk into the back, and funny thing, our food came out after a 1 1/2 hour wait, food was COLD and some of it was not even what I would call food. We got up and started to walk out, the person that was sitting next to us asked me what's going on. I told him the story. They got up and left as well. Will never go back to there that's for sure.

Wr went to cracker barrel in Burlington nc we waited for the hostess for a bit then when they called our name she gave our table to someone else she thought it was funny. My husband's cured ham was cold his baked potatoe was hard in the middle I ordered cured ham and got country ham. I called headquarters and they were going to send me an email. I never got one. They were suppose to call the cracker barrel here and someone would call me. That never happened. Seems they don't care about thier customers.

Normally I like this restaurant. Today after being seated we waited over 15 minutes and no one took a drink order or food order and never once acknowledged us. We ate across the street and a wonderful place.

Went to Belton MO Cracker Bartell for Sunday breakfast.first time taking my granddaughter. After 45min wait-45min.Our food came out cold and set so long the food looked plastic! Granted we didn't have to pay but no apologies. No offer of a coupon or anything! Horrible!

Store #195 in Lansing - Waited 45 mins after ordering. Hub went to the kitchen (because no waitress to be seen) to be told they had a catering order they were working on but ours would be next. Seriously! 7pm at night for one and you can't multi-task? Or even keep your guests informed? The managers answer was "let me check on your food" Um absolutely not! Never again!

It cost $100. Turkey breast is cooked, needs to be oven heated, all side dishes raw, comes w/bacon fat to cook can of green beans. All else raw and cold. Does come in a nice Box! We are COOKIING our dinner! Something else next year for sure!

Went to the Cracker Barrel in Belleville Michigan. Directed to our seats by a woman who seemed totally bored with her job. She threw the menus on our table and informed us that the wait person would with us shortly. After waiting for 25 minutes we walked out with a couple sitting one table away from us. It was NOT the wait persons fault. The hostess was filling seats with no possibility of any reasonable care. Any well run restaurant knows that people should not be seated if service is unavailable. Covid difficulties aside, if customer service is not possible don't seat customers. By the way there were about 20 people in line at the time we left. Heaven knows how long they waited for food.

When arrived waited 10 mins before hostess showed up...no greeting nothing.just follow me.I ordered country fried shrimp...food was less then appealing...cornbread was blah...my husband ordered 4 plate vegetables...Pinto beans were not done.ask for cup of ice never received it...no refills for our beverages.Never returned to table except to plop our bill down and walk off...and the womens bathroom...omg...the trash receptacle was over flowing...trash all over floor and the soap dispenser was leaking everywhere.

My husband purchased a shirt, sweater like material, for me for Christmas and after one gentle cycle wash the side is coming apart at the seam. I am highly disappointed. For the price he paid this should not have happened. Cracker barrel could charge significantly less for the product and let people take their chances on it holding up but it definitely should not have come apart at all for what he paid. We will not purchase these types of items from them ever again. I chose one star only because it wasn't an option to not choose any.

Thank you but no thank you for your free dessert you gave us after we got such sorry service and couldn't even eat our food due to sitting there for 50 minutes after they said they accidentally pushed our order to the back.We've always enjoyed going to and carrying our family to Cracker Barrel but not anymore from what we've read we're not the only ones getting bad service.Looks like your restaurants are going down hill fast!I just hope you will try and do better for other families!

Looking forward for dinner at Cracker barrel's I was mortified at the food they served. My husband got the fried chicken with a double order of mashed potatoes and not only did they come cold they were gray! I ordered a breakfast with bacon that I ordered extra crisp and half came crisp and the other half cooked. OMG! Worst dinner we ever had there.
