Although a simple process, I found difficulty with:
* using imperial measures (I thought metric measures were required by law?);
* the chat process to send a photo after ordering - an email address would be much better as the chat reconnects and disconnects.
The cover itself is fine and fits well but on reflection I would have gone for a lined product that was heavier as it looks like it will take a while to lose its wrinkles and sit comfortably on the BBQ.
Disappointed that I received the wrong colour of the covers.

Great experience and very happy with the replacement cushion covers.
Very easy and the cushions are perfect. I wasn't sure what to expect with material (we went with first option), and it appears very durable, probably actually more so than we need as our cushions are in a covered area. It would be good if they had a straight canvas to choose from at all if you weren't worried about them getting wet. Really good though! Excellent service.

The cover material for the chairs were quite heavy and stiff instead of the website statement they are "light"
Had wind blow off the cover of a large outdoor storage box so rather than buy a new box I purchased a tarp cover from Covers & All. As usual the quality was great and really quick delivery despite making it individually. Really pleased with the result.

My cover is missing something and the company have not responded except for there standard response of have you received your product. I have told them i have the cover but something is missing and they will not respond except for the thank you for your order taht keeps coming. This is unacceptable i only need a answer to my question.
I would not use them again, as it was too hard with all the confirmation started in feb and got my cover in june?

All pretty easy but I will wait for delivery time?
Bit hard to work out how to fit it completely over tv down the back. TV is on a wall in an outside area.
Instructions were easy to follow but measurements are confusing.
I was worried it might not fit but it fit perfectly.

However we ship globally and our products and website comply with international standards. Having trouble converting the measurements can be frustrating at times. We will definitely forward it to the responsible department to be considered for implementation.
As per your concern in regards to sending images via chat, it is not necessary to share the images via chat only. On the product page, we have provided an option to upload the actual product images while placing the order. Also you can emails us at info@coversandall.com.au
Furthermore, due to the nature of the product, creasing is unavoidable, and because each order is custom made there are no standardized folds. Also, as the selected material is for the moderate weather conditions, it will be a little heavy. However the wrinkles will get removed once the product will be in use and will be in contact with the sun rays. We are glad to know that you like the cover and it fits well.
