Purchase experience was a bit random. When there was a price increase because of increases complexity - quite valid to do so, but I had trouble paying that extra. Was all sorted out via phone call though.

Easy ordering system, the team communication was efficient and polite. My order was confirmed, made and delivered quickly. It fits over my motor with a bit of space, it's not a tight fit all around but I don't need that. The draw string is a little stiff but that's to be expected as the material is quite thick and sturdy. I'm really happy with the results

Very easy dealing with Covers & All online and the website was very easy to use. Explanation of how to measure chairs correctly made it very simple and easy to move forward to making an order.
The covers I got were fantastic. I am very happy with them but I also asked for a quote for replacing the inserts which the lady said she would email to me in a few hours. It has now been a few weeks and I have not heard anything from her.
From reading the description of the product I expected the covers to me water proof and not merely a thin material cover. Disappointed.

Hard to find octagonal table covers so did lots of online research and found Covers and all. Will try it on when weather gets finer so for now not sure if it suits yet.
