Very good quality, well made. Delivery was prompt. It would be useful if hooks were available on the website as I used a 22mm galvanised pole for strength.

The seller in London was very responsive and thoughtful, good to deal with, but their subcontractors in India brought the whole process down by trying to save shipping costs by squashing the whole product together in such a way that breakage was inevitable.

A couple of comments...wasn't aware that I had to approve drawings in a further sent email. This held things up.Also wasn't aware that it came from India. Having said that, great product and good value. Wish I had measured the distance between the head rests more acurately.
