Not the first cover I've had done, very happy every time

Following up on minute details to get the size right before cutting cloth was great. It is a perfect fit.

We found the website informative and easy to navigate allowing a straightforward ordering process. We opted to go for a custom cover in the Tuff specification fabric. Delivery was in 12 days with good comms. The finished item was of high quality and fitted our garden furniture perfectly. Impressive!

Fantastic. Easy web site to use and I'm always nervous about measuring stuff. Very speedy fulfilling my bespoke order. Results far exceeded my expectations. Utterly impressed. Would recommend to anyone and would use again.

Website Good and Easy to use, products look good have not had chance to install then yet to check on their fit

I assumed the cover was going to be made of cloth material not a tarp product it's more like something you would cover your furniture with to keep it dry. Not really suitable for a sunshade in my opinion. Didn't realise the description said tarp until it was delivered. To late to cancel

Well proprotioned cover with allownace of 2" for ease of dropping on the outdoor chest and making watertight.
Delivery quicker than predicted

I tried to order a cover for a garden table, cover measurements 50" long by 25" wide and 20". I was offered a link to a 20% discount code. Tried to apply the code offered (HELL020) but code was invalid. In the end I need a cover so opted for the cheapest version. I would have gone for the more expensive version had I been able to Apply the discount. The company Emailed me and persuaded me to re-order, with the discount being applied manually by the company. I asked the company to check my order as I suspected that I had duplicated it, as indeed I had. The company said it was too late to cancel one of the orders, so I ended up with 2 covers, one at full price and one discounted, one of which is totally useless to me. I had several frustrating E mail conversations to try to resolve my dismay at the company's responses before giving up. I would not buy anything from that company again!
