Finding the product I required was easy, I was given 3 options of material. Ordering was simple.

First order was for a fire pit cover. Sent dimensions, took pictures of fire pit with tape measure in shot etc. Cover arrived and was a disaster. Hugely oversized. It is supposed to be a made to measure cover, I gave them all of the dimensions (which I have since re-checked) and took loads of pics but what arrived is no better than chucking a tarpaulin over the fire pit. Ugly, sagging pile of plastic seemingly thrown over a fire pit. Very poor. No stars.
I challenged them and found some of their customer service poor. I had (stupidly I know) already ordered a garden table cover and that arrived and fits well. Perhaps they paid more attention to that order as we were arguing about the fire pit cover (they wouldn't refund the table order as I asked once I saw the fire pit cover)
To be honest, by that stage I was past caring, had written off the money.
I can not recommend and say be careful!

Really difficult to show measurements, does not fit around where was measured

While placing an order; on the product page, we do provide an option to upload the reference images of the product so our team can get an idea. Unfortunately, we have not received the same and order has been processed same as per your provided order dimensions and selected product shape. Moreover, how to measure diagram shows the measurement direction with brief marking so customer can get a better idea. Furthermore, your actual product does not match perfectly with the selected product. As we can see that you are already in touch with our team, and we have also passed your concern to them. Rest assured, they will check all the details and provide you the best possible resolution on the same.
The design team did not use the correct measurements on the order luckily they got the length measurement so wrong they saw it looked weird and sent a query to me, they put 18 inches not 108 inches! Not impressed!

Purchasing team were very helpful and thorough when advising on type of cover and ensuring correct measurements. It took a 1-2 days to get a reply back and forth each time because of the time difference. But I felt confident that they were ensuring product was perfect. I was only missing a tie-down option which I am waiting for a reply on.
This is my second order and the covers fit brilliantly again, they are super careful to make sure everything is right
The covers look great quality and customer service is always good
I recently ordered a 2nd tarpaulin from Cover & All after expanding my chicken run. The 1st tarp is still going strong after 1 year despite high winds and is really secure. The 2nd looks to be of a similar high quality and was delivered 1 week earlier than the expected delivery date.

Cover supplied, and is good quality, however mine was supplied missing grommets which I'd paid for. They would gave been usefully to tie down where two straps missing from rare feet on the outer corners.
