Very good so far. It is a Christmas gift delivered in time.

The item came, fitted well, colour was as described (charcoal).

The delivery was another matter with UPS getting address completely wrong and I had to do all the running around. Not impressed with whatever Route Planning software the local group were using but was completely useless.
I eventually tracked down my abandoned parcel 2 miles away - luckily I included my mobile number on the additional info for delivery and a complete stranger rang me up saying they had it.

Everything is as expected for the price paid for a tailor made cover. The default drawstrings don't cinch up as easily as you'd like, but they're pulling against heavy material, so it takes a bit of effort. Not a big deal, just worth noting for anyone looking at fasteners, maybe there are better options.

The cover received was exactly what was ordered and delivered in the estimated time frame, so I'm very happy with my purchase. This is my second purchase or an order garden cover and I'm happy with how my precious one has held up over the last few winters.

So impressed with this company. My garden sofa is a very odd shape but they guided me with the measurements they needed and produced a perfect made to measure cover. Really good value too, I've been looking for a cover for some time and this worked out cheaper than all the standard covers I've looked at in garden centres and John Lewis. Recommend.

Was impressed with the checking that my measurements for the chair cover were correct. Diagrams of the chair sent to me, showing where to measure, helped enormously. Quick delivery and cover fitted perfectly.
