Fedex said they attempted delivery, but did not leave a card. They left me a vmail and told me to call a number to discuss redelivery, but their system doesn't allow communication with an agent unless one has a Fedex account. The reference number they provided would not get me through to an agent. I had no idea if a scam or not as all they said was the package was from India.

I wanted a cover for an air conditioning unit on a balcony. Ordering on the website was really easy following the guidelines and made even better by being contacted to check on exact dimensions and my request for the closure to be on a particular side. The cover arrived, fits perfectly and is really good quality. I will certainly order from you again.
As I mentioned, the cover measurements were smaller than those I supplied. The cover did not come with a foam insert (ie the actual cushion) as I thought it would...possibly my fault for not asking. To be fair the cover was well made and of good quality.
