Unfortunately I put the length in centimetres and the cover was far too long but we have altered it our and it's ok.

Easy negotiation of web site, great range of products and superfast delivery
Good quality sail received but it was a few inches smaller than we had agreed so be careful with your sizing. The communication with the company is good but takes a few days and difficult to find the history of what was agreed when you try to go back.
I almost didn't order due to concern over the cut tolerance being stated as +/- 2 inches on the website, and quite a lengthy delivery lead time.
Fortunately, the tarp was made per my spec and it was delivered sooner than estimates.
I also found working with inches instead of metric dimensions frustrating, but easy to overcome.
Patio set now covered. Cover durable and handles help with placement. Delivery within time promised. Very happy with service.
