I was having a cover made for an aeroplane tug, using one of the templates I order my cover. The engineers rightly queried my dimensions which seem a bit unusual but where correct. This shows that they really do interrogate the order to make sure it is correct. Considering this product is made in India and shipped to the UK the speed of delivery is brilliant.

The whole experience from start to finish was very slow and drawn out.
No one on the phone at the customer services dept could explain or understand what the questions were that i was asking regarding my sail, so before we actually placed the order from start to finishing it took around 2 to 3 weeks of going backwards and forwards trying to understand how the whole sail/attachments/measurements actually worked.
