Very poor after sales service

I ordered the cushion covers on the 31st march. I also paid extra for delivery on the 12th Aprill. You have only sent me 1 email after I had to complain about delivery. No communication to let me know if and when Im going to receive my delivery

Excellent service

Would recommend these custom made covers as they fit like a glove after the designers took time to go round every possible dimension with me. Just took a while to come, but am very pleased with them. Though they are expensive compared to an off the peg item I feel they are worth it for the fit and quality.

I ordered 3 x clear panels with a weighted chain along the bottom. This chain pocket was requested to be black in colour and the order was changed to a clear panel with chains showing. This was never discussed with me by Coversandall. Additionally to this the order page does not allow tie up straps to be ordered at the first point of order and arrived without straps. These straps are a fundamental part of having detachable covers and giving they are for a gazebo it makes sense they are needed. As the covers arrived with no straps this had to be reordered afterwards which holds up putting them up. On top of this I had to follow up with phone calls to reorder and Coversandall charged me £11 to deliver them. Don't think I will be ordering from Coversandall again and I was a returning customer. This same issue with tie ups happened two years ago when I ordered similar covers and they obviously haven't listened. Decent product but Coversandall seem to be too busy these days to have decent customer service.
