The process for getting the cover dimensions was very confusing. The original drawings for the cover were the exact dimensions of the chair. It took several iterations of drawing reviews before the cover was made and it still was not made to the correct dimensions. The arm to arm width had a 4 inch leeway instead of the usual 2 inch leeway. Hopefully, this is a one off situation.
Second order. Sizing on point due to excellent website measurement procedure.

When updating cart, items would appear back in cart in different position, and the subscribe discount should apply to whole order, not just one item?! Would expect more than a $50 discount on a $1900 order.?
Best way to revamp your weather beaten cushions... is to order customized covers! Fantastic quality came super fast. Only issue is that I though I had ordered the ties option... but I guess I didnt... or misunderstood what I was doing. But super great material!
I love il! J'adore le rideau que j'ai commandé! Semble de bonne qualité et bien fait.! Pour la durabilité…c'est le temps qui me le dira. J'ai fait mettre une bande de 1,5 pied en haut et en bas. C'est un peu trop! La prochaine fois, la bande de couleur sera de 1 pieds seulement.
