I needed a custom rainproof canopy for my patio. I found the site to be user friendly and mostly clear, and ordering relatively painless. Excellent price, too, compared with other custom quotes. A couple suggestions would be: provide light transmission and UV penetration details, and automatically calculate the diagonal based on the LxW measurements in the ordering fields. After ordering, I was very impressed with their attention to details: they send PDF drawings and precise measurements before completing the order, and responded to a custom adjustment to the overall size of the canopy. When the canopy arrived, it quickly became clear that their quality claims are correct: this was a well-made, durable product. Time will tell, of course, but alll the stitching and hardware are top notch.

My order was not easy becaus my cishion was a bit different that what the company proposed on the site and the employees called me 3 to 4 times to be sure everything was as specified. Although we were both not english speaking, everybody to whom I spoke were very patient. They send numerals mock ups. The chat and the phone were very responsive and the information always clear. The product is amazing! The outdoors covers are better than the originals I had! I'm just so sad that I made a mistake with my mesurement for one of the pieces :( I highly recommend!

The process for getting the cover dimensions was very confusing. The original drawings for the cover were the exact dimensions of the chair. It took several iterations of drawing reviews before the cover was made and it still was not made to the correct dimensions. The arm to arm width had a 4 inch leeway instead of the usual 2 inch leeway. Hopefully, this is a one off situation.
