It was easy to order and upload the picture I wanted. However, the picture was peeling in spots and the cover itself was wrinkled and had creases on the image.

I have bought covers for all pieces of my outdoor furniture. Customization has been easy and is my favourite part about ordering from this company, durability has been great (going strong on 4 years with one cover, providing full sun and water protection) and getting a replacement for a piece damaged in shipping was simple. When you compare with the hassle of store bought pieces that don't fit well and are lower quality materials that become brittle and need replacing after 2 years, the cost makes sense.

Quite bit of back and forth for confirming measurements and photos, and more measurements and more photos but i received my cover on Monday and it is a perfect custom fit! So worth it! Quality is excellent and has held up 100% against the hail and rain.
