Very good product and customer service
Placing the order was easy and I was contacted to highlight an obvious mistake in my measurement vs. the photo I joined. Rarely do you see a company that will take the time to do that instead of just sending to the measurement you provided. This was a very good experience.
Ordering was quick and easy. Delivery was on time. Two of the four tarps ordered were not square. I was able to make them work for the intended purpose. However, I was a little disappointed.
Only one tracking number forwarded when notified. There were actually 2. One arrived before the other which caused me to phone the help number as it appeared something disappeared. Was given the second tracking number and it was delivered later in the day on a separate truck...

The ordering etc was easy and online chat were very helpful. Customer service was great, but this is not a domestic product and is outsourced from India. Keep in mind of this for supply chain issues lately.

Fairly positive. Ordering process was straightforward. One major let down was the absence of the advertised free Xmas storage bag. A slight delay in delivery was also experienced although the tracking number provided detail up to the delay it was not clear when eventual delivery would take place.

It was very easy to place order and the covers fit perfectly. Delivery was a few days later than expected
I ordered a beige cover and received a black cover. The cover fits well but is the wrong color.

I ordered my cover, provided all measurements as well as included pictures of our crate directly from the website we purchased it. I spoke with a representative from Covers & All and we discussed the need for two separate openings, as there are two doors on our crate. The cover arrived with only one door access, leaving the cover completely useless for us, as the door that is inaccessible is the door we're using. As well, the cover is portrayed as a quality vinyl cover but looks like nothing more than a giant black garbage bag. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

I found it very easy to design my own custom Pizza Oven cover. Just complete a few measurements add them to the on line graphic file provided and order. Couldn't be easier to do.
Pick the cover, add the dimensions, decide on options, good to go.
