I provided the specs for a set of custom curtains for my outdoor gazebo. At first the chat representative said it wasn't something that wasn't possible but then I spoke to another agent and they agreed to do it, so I was quite happy with that as I ordered custom outdoor furniture covers in the past. Essentially, I asked for 4 curtains to be zipped together to keep the wind and snow out in the winter months. I also asked for velcro straps to tie them to the gazebo posts so they wouldn't whip around in the wind. I received the curtains and all the measurements were perfect. The quality of the material is amazing and delivery was quick. The only problem was that the velcro straps were attached to the inside of the curtains instead of the outside and so I had to reverse them. This exposes the stitching to the outdoor elements, but I just hope it's not going to be a problem going forward. In addition, I had hoped they put a double zipper rather than a single zipper so that you can easily open from both the inside and out. Other than that, the product is pretty solid.

We had very specific requests for our cover and the team did a great job. The material seems to be resistant. The order arrived with a little delay with Fedex, but the situation has been fixed quickly. I would recommend this company.
I was actually saddened to learn my cover was not coming from Canada, my mistake as I thought this was a Canadian company. I have not opened this package yet it is a gift.

I have not received an invoice for either one of the 2 orders I have placed and I need those invoices. The first tarp didn't not have all the eyelets I wanted in it, the second I have not checked yet.

Overall, I'm very pleased. I was also very impressed that they contacted me to ensure my covers were the right dimensions since one was quite large. The furniture covers arrived quickly and fit perfectly! These are great value, if you're unsure or on the fence, don't worry, the product is excellent.

Used to enclose a gazebo. Great quality - handled 90 km/hr winds no problem.
There were lots of options to choose from and my first order arrived quickly.
The only issue I have is that I ordered 2 sizes, but I found it difficult to put both on the same order so ended up with 2 orders and I am still waiting for the 2nd item to arrive.
