Good was easy to order with our exact measurements online. Speedy delivery, the colour we wanted, good, heavy material, fits our barbecue perfectly and therefore now looks nice on our patio, instead of being a big, ugly eyesore. Clear web instructions. Helpful phone staff. Covers did not need the extra inches. The speaker dimensions are very clear and precise from QSC, and the covers are looser than they need to be. The rear panel access flap should have a velcro strap to hold it open, as the amplifier ventilation fan is in this panel and it should be open during operation.

Ordering was simple, but the product was not what I was expecting. The quality is very good; however, it is much larger than anticipated and I am hoping for an exchange or a refund.

We ordered some custom sized mesh screens to screen in our covered deck. Had some issues with being able to order different sizes through the website. A quick call to customer services helped with placing the order. We still ended up receiving wrong sizes. Contacted Customer Services again and they got the correct sizes shipped out quickly. They look great and were a great price.

We needed a new cover for an old chair with cushions we will toss when we move. Took a chance because price so reasonable and good reviews. The old adage you get what you pay for does not apply. You get FAR MORE than you pay for

I was not happy with the tree cover. It was too small and i couldn't even get the right side to get within at least 10 inches to the left side. This cover is totally inadequate. I have a pencil tree and even it would not fit at all. I am only keeping it in case i can use it for something else. My tree will have to go back in its box. I can't imagine what kind of Christmas tree would ever fit in this cover.

Good and easy to follow the process of ordering and the delivery process was very quick. The cushion was perfectly done I could not of asked for a better results especially when had never reviewed a sample of the result. I am very pleased.

I have not opened yet-will advise if any issues. Hopefully none and I will be able to pack the tree away for another year.
