User friendly website. My cushion cover had to be custom made and the customer service was really good. They showed me plans with the needed adjustments and I appreciated that they really wanted to make sure the measurements were right. Very satisfied with their customer service, quality of the product and the price as well.

I am very happy with my purchase. The covers are high-quality well structured and a great fit! I was nervous about the fit but they're perfect. The only issue is I indicated the zipper be on the wrong side on accident. So instead of being in the back/bottom of cushion, it is on the side. That's my error, but just something to confirm when you're ordering online. Overall fantastic experience and came super fast!

I revised the meaurments of the custom pizza oven 3 times at the request of the designer. And provided the manufacturers design diagram

There is no room or slack for it to fit over the oven.
I imagine that they neglected the fact that is a dome or sphere shape and gets wider at the bottom

Not sure but at more room should have been given. I cannot fit it with risking a tear.

The site offers a spring 25% discount. Also, a 20% discount is offered on your first order for signing up.
However, when you attempt to apply the discount code it has a max of 75.00 and 50.00 respectively.
I wasted a ton of time measuring and putting together a $3000. 00 order, only to discover this on checkout. When I complained they offered me a 5% discount. SUCH TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE!
